Please see my reviews of the Nikko, Sheraton and Westin for more information about those individual hotels. I had approximately two one-week stays at the Hyatt over the course of a 60 day business trip to Guam. I will be returning soon and this will likely be my hotel of stay. The room I stayed in both visits was very... More

The Guamanians I was meeting thought the Hyatt Regency was the best overall choice on the island, and its location -- both beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shops - was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. The view was truly magnificent. As a first-time visitor, I loved Tumon Bay, with reefs and colorful fish in sparkling... More

Traveled on business for a single night. Public areas of the hotel are well kept and sparkling. Take the elevator to a random floor to discover terrible smells, soiled carpet, and peeling wallpaper. I almost didn't want to open the door to my room. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised! Room was spacious and clean. Nice partial ocean view. Poor Internet... More

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Lilis Biantoro, La Mirenda Manager, for his outstanding service and assistance. I wanted to plan a special dinner for my father's birthday and Lilis was nothing but helpful and expedited my request with ease. Hyatt is very lucky to have such an exceptional associate. I have nothing but praise - BONUS:... More

the Hyatt Guam was a lovely hotel. I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice even being a bit dated with an amazing view looking out over the pool to the ocean. My flight arrived very early in the morning no rooms were available because the hotel was sold out the night before. The front desk and house keeping... More

We are platinum Hyatt and chose the hotel in Guam for one night since we had a 6am flight the following morning. came into Guam from a cruise and contacted the hotel for a pickup. They emailed us back the price and where they'd be. Metered taxis aren't readily available at the pier without calling and waiting, so we used... More

Where do I begin? When you hear the name Hyatt you expect an above average experience (or at least I do). The Hyatt in Guam does not come close to that. The grounds and pool were well kept. The staff were excellent, so where does it get bad. The rugs in the lobby and in the hallways are filthy, see... More

I used my Hyatt points to stay this time, so not many complaints.... but, there were some. First, hotel has been a bit aged, therefor I could hear pretty much what's going on the next door and holeways. Second, the most, I don't think it's appropriate let the kids into the Lounge, especially that's should be executive Lounge and even... More

The staff of the Guam Hyatt are pretty amazing...enough for me to give them an extra star. The lobby is great and it has some of the best restaurants on island (I am a former Guam resident). The rooms themselves, however, are getting a bit dated. Carpet in the hallways need replaced, walls painted/papered, etc. The rooms themselves are very... More

I stayed here a few years ago and in was fully booked this summer, so I just returned for breakfast and afternoon tea. It's just a great hotel, my favourite on the whole island. Remember that this is a little laid-back island, so the rooms aren't the same as a Hyatt in Tokyo or London - it's a beachy decor,... More
