Thank you so much to the entire Hyatt Regency team for making my recent stay a great one! I appreciate the warm greeting, helpful customer service, great room and exceptional food and beverage. The atmosphere at the hotel is very upbeat and the location is superb. The view of the moon on the ocean and sunrise from the balcony is... More

For several days last month, I was desperately looking for a decent room to stay in Guam but every hotel was fully booked. Finally two days before my flight, a room became available in Hyatt and I quickly grabbed it. This would be my first stay in this property since I always stayed at the Hilton whenever I was on... While the hotel does feel a little dated, it was a perfectly pleasant place to stay. Comfortable beds, friendly service, and big rooms. Bathroom was huge, but with a tiny shower. Very nice pool and the beach spot was excellent. I was only on the second floor, overlooking a low roof, but I imagine with a higher room the view... More

First, the bad news! This was the fifth or sixth time we've stayed in this property. Normally, we have stayed on the Executive Floors but the last two times we were turned off by the policy of letting couples with small children (infants and toddlers) use the Executive Club for breakfast and even for the cocktail hour in the late... Can I leave zero stars? This hotel has a very nice lobby to lure you in, and then you go to your room. The carpets were black...not just a little warn, but just black with grime and filth. The walls in the halls are lined with scars from the cleaning carts beating against them. It's obvious this hotel was once... More

Maybe one of the best hotel in guam great location - near the shopping street and restaurants. nice swimming pool and beatiful privite beach (especially, the beach is well managed) Restaurant 'Niji'(located on the ground floor of this hotel) is recommanable! You can have fresh seafood and sweet desserts at reasonable price. I wish i could stay longer at this... More

We stayed over the Christmas at Hyatt. Overall rating would have been excellent due to great service and many great features they do offer but there are serious quality gaps for Hyatt standards in the hotel rooms. First the great features of this hotel: * Personnel (really wonderful and helpful, especially front desk staff and in the restaurants) * Location... More

First time staying at Hyatt. While staff friendly , the quality of the product is horrid. Hyatt should be ashamed of even having their name associated with such a product. Stained carpets beyond description, Damaged walls along guest corridors and the smell in my first room; nauseating. All the lampshades were cracked, table top chipped. Thankfully the front desk agent... More
