Maybe one of the best hotel in guam great location - near the shopping street and restaurants. nice swimming pool and beatiful privite beach (especially, the beach is well managed) Restaurant 'Niji'(located on the ground floor of this hotel) is recommanable! You can have fresh seafood and sweet desserts at reasonable price. I wish i could stay longer at this... More

We stayed over the Christmas at Hyatt. Overall rating would have been excellent due to great service and many great features they do offer but there are serious quality gaps for Hyatt standards in the hotel rooms. First the great features of this hotel: * Personnel (really wonderful and helpful, especially front desk staff and in the restaurants) * Location... More

First time staying at Hyatt. While staff friendly , the quality of the product is horrid. Hyatt should be ashamed of even having their name associated with such a product. Stained carpets beyond description, Damaged walls along guest corridors and the smell in my first room; nauseating. All the lampshades were cracked, table top chipped. Thankfully the front desk agent... More

First impression of the hotel is: Hallways with stained carpets and wallpaper peeling off... Then you enter the room and it looks totally different. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a good view of the ocean. Internet was free and had a reasonable speed for a hotel. The staff was what made the stay at the Hyatt Guam a... More

My 5D 4N stay at the Hyatt Regency Guam was one of the best hotel stays that I had. The service was fantastic, amenities are great! It's worth the money that you'll be paying for. I like the scenic view of the Pacific Ocean from my room's veranda, a great scene to wake up to! The hotel's pool area is... More

First impression makes you wish you picked a Marriott hotel. The hallway carpeting must be 30 years old...wet, stained, ripped and dirty. The hallway walls need repairs and painting. With this said the room was in excellent condition with a great ocean view. The largest bathroom of any Hyatt in the world. The Regency Club food makes McDonalds look good.... More

Please see my reviews of the Nikko, Sheraton and Westin for more information about those individual hotels. I had approximately two one-week stays at the Hyatt over the course of a 60 day business trip to Guam. I will be returning soon and this will likely be my hotel of stay. The room I stayed in both visits was very... More

The Guamanians I was meeting thought the Hyatt Regency was the best overall choice on the island, and its location -- both beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shops - was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. The view was truly magnificent. As a first-time visitor, I loved Tumon Bay, with reefs and colorful fish in sparkling... More

Traveled on business for a single night. Public areas of the hotel are well kept and sparkling. Take the elevator to a random floor to discover terrible smells, soiled carpet, and peeling wallpaper. I almost didn't want to open the door to my room. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised! Room was spacious and clean. Nice partial ocean view. Poor Internet... More

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Lilis Biantoro, La Mirenda Manager, for his outstanding service and assistance. I wanted to plan a special dinner for my father's birthday and Lilis was nothing but helpful and expedited my request with ease. Hyatt is very lucky to have such an exceptional associate. I have nothing but praise - BONUS:... More
