we were a family of 5 on a package tour..although we did not expect 5* amenities,we noticed that the elevator smelled of cigar smoke and the hallway going to our rooms was dingy.. the staff / front desk were helpful but for 2 ladies who were rude and nonchalant in answering our queries.. maybe, because we were not japanese? more

I had a 24-hour layover in Guam during a recent Pacific trip. I chose the Ohana Bayview based on reviews, location, and price. While the staff was pleasant, this hotel is rundown and shabby. The first room I was given was dirty, with sheets that had obviously not been changed. The next room was only slightly better, but at least... more

This is a good resort for those on a budget. While the Bayview doesn't have many amenities itself you get free access to its sister hotel the Outrigger (5 min walk down the hill) . You get free towel hire there and use of pool, spa, waterslide etc. The Bayview was quiet, clean and had a reasonably nice view. The... more

This hotel was a good value for the price. Although it did lack the amenities of a resort hotel, all of the amenities of the Ohana Oceanview were available for free. It is about a two block walk from the Bayview to the Oceanview, but if you don't mind the walk, you can save a good deal of money. The... more
