This is an old but pleasant Guam hotel by Guam standards which are notoriously low. The beds were comfortable which was good and the cleaners did a relatively good job, reception staff were friendly and parking was plentiful and free. TV channels were pretty poor, no tv guide so no idea what is on and no possibility of checking online... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight out of Guam. The location was good, just off the "strip". So lots of things within walking distance. But it's much cheaper than the hotels between the strip and the beach. The hotel looked a bit dated. But the rooms were nice, comfortable and had a balcony with... More

I stayed in the hotel for two nights on the way to and from Palau. The hotel was built in the 90's and it shows a little, but saying that it was in a great location and is close to the shops and in walking distance of the beach. The rooms were very comfortable and had a balcony over looking... More

Pros Great front desk service. Nice breakfast cafe next door & bakery. Great view Cons For drivers parking is confusing & difficult with the different, unconnecting levels. Carpet, bathroom, & certain areas were a bit dirty. Could use an update Bathroom door has open shutters. Provides no privacy. Pool is more of a little pond. They offer you to go... More

Bayview hotel had great views and the rooms were big, but the condition of the rooms were terrible. Mold in the caulking in the tub. The shower was old. toilet ran all night. Carpets was wet and the room smelled of mold. Had baby spiders all over the furniture. Housekeeping never replenished the coffee, sugar or creamer...had to ask for... More

Had 3 nights here. It is located up a little hill and so from near the top of the hotel there is a great view over the town a few minutes’ walk below. It is good value and recommended from not a wonderful choice of hotel on the Island. I watched the Australian Broadcasting TV which was very good, otherwise,... More

The room was a nice size, the front desk was on top of things, and the shuttle service to the airport was about half of a taxi. My only complaint was the cable TV! VERY limited selection of channels. BUT, if that is my biggest complaint then it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Large, spacious room with fridge and microwave. WiFi worked great as did the AC. We were on a lower floor and the road traffic was a little loud at night with the buses going up and down the hill. The bathrooms are old and could use an upgrade. The pool area needs more lounge chairs... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Very good/fast wifi in rooms. rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are a little old and worn out. Good AC. Good views of the bay (hence the name). The pool is tiny but you dont really need it since the beach is close.
