The room was a nice size, the front desk was on top of things, and the shuttle service to the airport was about half of a taxi. My only complaint was the cable TV! VERY limited selection of channels. BUT, if that is my biggest complaint then it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Large, spacious room with fridge and microwave. WiFi worked great as did the AC. We were on a lower floor and the road traffic was a little loud at night with the buses going up and down the hill. The bathrooms are old and could use an upgrade. The pool area needs more lounge chairs... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Very good/fast wifi in rooms. rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are a little old and worn out. Good AC. Good views of the bay (hence the name). The pool is tiny but you dont really need it since the beach is close.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights before we moved to Holiday Inn. Breakfast was not included, so we ate at McDonald's, which is located in 10 min walking distance. The room was large, the bed comfortable and wide enough for 3 people including 5 y.o. kid. All budget hotels we stayed in on Guam as well... More

My husband and I stayed here for about 9 days during a 2 week stay visiting family on Guam. The staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms have an older decor but were consistently clean and comfortable. Most of the hotels in Guam are somewhat dated. There's no reason to spend the money at the Hilton ( we did... More

Pay the money and stay at one of the nicer hotels just down the road. I was forced to stay here by my company and this hotel needs to be crossed off their list. The rooms are worn-down and musty, the bathrooms are cracked, stained and moldy, the carpet had wet spots, and the walls were thin. This hotel needs... More

Stayed here for a day stay between flights. The hotel is ok but nothing flash. If you want something clean, with a bed, a shower, wifi and within a walk of some shops and restaurants then this place will do.

We were in Guam on a Diving trip and were not requiring much from our room. Having said that, I thought the room was clean, nice, beds were comfortable, facility was in good condition. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay and would stay there again. Not luxory hotel, but definitely good enough for my purposes. Service was great.... More

This hotel is fine just for a day stay, I would not recommend staying any longer. It is very noisy, due to the location being on a main road and the windows not being double glazed. The air-conditioning was noisy, and also you can't adjust setting properly. The breakfast was terrible and the coffee wasn't the best either. Its really... More

A typical bog standard(sic) run of the mill American hotel. Overpriced for what you get, fail to understand why hotels still have blankets, and hider downs, which are unhygienic. Why put in a brand new safe, and not bolt it down. No international TV channels.
