Bayview hotel had great views and the rooms were big, but the condition of the rooms were terrible. Mold in the caulking in the tub. The shower was old. toilet ran all night. Carpets was wet and the room smelled of mold. Had baby spiders all over the furniture. Housekeeping never replenished the coffee, sugar or creamer...had to ask for... More

Had 3 nights here. It is located up a little hill and so from near the top of the hotel there is a great view over the town a few minutes’ walk below. It is good value and recommended from not a wonderful choice of hotel on the Island. I watched the Australian Broadcasting TV which was very good, otherwise,... More

The room was a nice size, the front desk was on top of things, and the shuttle service to the airport was about half of a taxi. My only complaint was the cable TV! VERY limited selection of channels. BUT, if that is my biggest complaint then it was a good stay.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Large, spacious room with fridge and microwave. WiFi worked great as did the AC. We were on a lower floor and the road traffic was a little loud at night with the buses going up and down the hill. The bathrooms are old and could use an upgrade. The pool area needs more lounge chairs... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Very good/fast wifi in rooms. rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are a little old and worn out. Good AC. Good views of the bay (hence the name). The pool is tiny but you dont really need it since the beach is close.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights before we moved to Holiday Inn. Breakfast was not included, so we ate at McDonald's, which is located in 10 min walking distance. The room was large, the bed comfortable and wide enough for 3 people including 5 y.o. kid. All budget hotels we stayed in on Guam as well... More

My husband and I stayed here for about 9 days during a 2 week stay visiting family on Guam. The staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms have an older decor but were consistently clean and comfortable. Most of the hotels in Guam are somewhat dated. There's no reason to spend the money at the Hilton ( we did... More

Pay the money and stay at one of the nicer hotels just down the road. I was forced to stay here by my company and this hotel needs to be crossed off their list. The rooms are worn-down and musty, the bathrooms are cracked, stained and moldy, the carpet had wet spots, and the walls were thin. This hotel needs... More

Stayed here for a day stay between flights. The hotel is ok but nothing flash. If you want something clean, with a bed, a shower, wifi and within a walk of some shops and restaurants then this place will do.

We were in Guam on a Diving trip and were not requiring much from our room. Having said that, I thought the room was clean, nice, beds were comfortable, facility was in good condition. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay and would stay there again. Not luxory hotel, but definitely good enough for my purposes. Service was great.... More
