Staff was extremely nice and even remembered by name when I came back 2 weeks later. Nice location but you can definitely tell that this resort has seen better days. Some extra work on cleaning up and making basic repairs would go a long way here to compliment the great people that they have working for them. New linens are... More

The hotel is clean for the most part. It could use a few upgrades most of the amenities are dated (especially in the bathroom). I ate at the Manhattan restaurant great service/really good food, but expensive.

The hotel is within walking distance to K mart and Proa Restaurant (best ribs ever). Although it is far from the duty free mall area, there is a red bus/shuttle that picks up and brings back guests right in front of the hotel and the best part is that it is free. The room we stayed in was not new... More

I stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks. The rooms and nice and clean but the smell of humidity can get a little strong at times . The staff however is outstanding ! Very polite and sweet . The security guards cooking snacks Fridays was a wonderful experience and the guy ray I think is his name who works... More

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay for my husband's birthday weekend. I figured that with it being previously owned by Marriott it would have been a very nice hotel and comparable with the other big name hotels on the strip. First of all the website does not even list a phone number you have to Google it. But... More

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel hallways and rooms could be updated with more modern furniture but it looks like walls have been recently painted. Not much of a pool area and the beach is very small.

You really do get the value of the price you pay when you stay in this former Marriott hotel. There's nothing fantastic or terrible about this place. It's just in the middle: it's okay. If it's going to be your first time in Guam and you have the extra money to splurge, I encourage you to stay in Outrigger, the... More

It is old and somewhat rundown, the location is great and it does have everything you come to expect in a large hotel, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We have eaten in hotels in many countries and the lunch buffet here was the best quality food we've ever had in a hotel and only $18.00.We were experiencing another country and if... If you have to travel to Guam for Business (or Leisure), the Marriott is a great location to stay. Sitting on the beautiful shores of Tumon Bay with its white sand beaches it is a good spot for both work and Play. The staff is friendly and courteous and the accommodations are clean. This is a tropical island and very... More

If you want a nice room find another hotel. I have had better rooms in roadside motels. Service was fine. The attraction is the beach location. I was here for business. When I am away from home for business I want a nice room. It may be ok for a family if you are only coming for the beach. Again,... More
