I was put into this hotel by my airline which stranded me in Guam for the night. The lobby is somewhat grand, and there was quite a bit of activity late in the evening. Check in was professional and efficient. Room size is average. Bathroom is average. I was on the 11th floor and the view is actually was quite... More

All the employees that we met were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, cleaning staff, servers at the restaurant. The lobby is pleasant and clean, and looks modern. The room itself was not too bad. I had read reviews about the room smelly musty or moldy but we did not have that experience. The furniture looked fairly... More

Great staff that do a nice job in the hospitality department. I was here for four days and found so many things that need repaired. Laundry facilities that have soap dispensers that are empty and numerous machines out of service. My room had carpet with numerous stains, which made me pretty uncomfortable to walk around without shoes on. It was... More

it has the best private beach. Take only a few foot steps, you will get to play all day~ uncrowded. The facilities are quite old, but okay. Pricey but again, i just loved the private beach here so i think it deserves.

We live on Guam and just went to check out the special August only Tribes of Tunisia dinner buffet. It was very good. There were lots of options and they were all very tasty. The staff were great and they brought around special dishes to our table as we ate (lamb and a tea station). We will definitely try to... More

Cheaper than some of the more upscale hotels in Tumon, the room was comfortable....if you have ear plugs. There is a Polynesian show next door every night with pounding drums and super amplified music. It is impossible to drown out the noise from 7-10 p.m. There's no schedule for housekeeping, either they are very short-staffed or very slow because sometimes... More

This hotel is located in a beautiful part of Tumon, and is about what you would expect from something you can find for around $120 / night. On the positive side, the bed was decent, the pillows nice, and it had a balcony that let you see the bay. The pool is great and the folks who are down running... More

This is an old hotel. Room was clean enough, although there were some stains on the carpet. Also toilet and bathtub could use a renovation. Breakfast was nice and tasty, so was the Steakhouse. A little bit pricy but was worth it. For me the best thing about Pacific Star is the location. Is 10 minutes walk away from a... More

One of the oldest hotels in Tumon Bay but still better priced than those near The Plaza and T Galleria. Five minutes walking distance to Kmart and much nearer to Guam Premier Outlets or GPO (maybe around 30 minutes walk or so). Anyway, T Galleria itself does pick up and drop off right at the lobby. WIFI IS FASTER than... More

I check in at hotels when traveling and this is the first I've experienced such poor service and treatment by the front desk staff. It was a day after Typhoon Dolphin and several friends decided to check in at the PACSTAR since our homes were without power and water. We lined up like all those seeking rooms before us, we...
