Located at what appeared to be the end of the hotel strip, this gave the Nikko a more quiet atmosphere. All the restaurants and shops are within walking distance and what seemed to be a 15 minute walk. Some local...some chain establishments. Here on business for one night, the Nikko entertains more to the Japanese family on vacation. That wasn't... More

Our 9 day stay in Nikko Guam was outstanding. Service, food and amenities all top notch. We stayed in premier room.. Well worth it,and room had free WiFi. My son must have slide down their waterside at least 40 times! Big thanks to Mr. "Al" in premier lounge!

I stayed for 5 nights on a June 2014 business trip at this hotel which is to the north of the main Tumon tourist strip. Positives: - Spectacular views of Tumon Bay. The design of the hotel is very interesting in that all rooms face the ocean as the hotel curves with the bay. - Safe was able to fit... More

The facility is better than what we expect, but the breakfast buffet has room to improve. It is the most northern hotel in the Tumon area, we felt a bit unsafe when walk back from the downtown. I guess it can be due to the hotel next to it is still under construction. However, I still have to say that... More

We stayed at this hotel because my wife wanted to see the Crystal Chapel, which is on the premises of the hotel. Stunning views of the beach, but that's probably the only good thing I can say about the room. Like a few travelers stated, the hotel shows its age in the rooms. The musky mildew smell in the hallways... More

Nice hotel, great views of ocean. Facilities and beach are quite nice and never seemed crowded. Beginning to show its age- bathroom could have benefited from an overhaul and cleaning. For the moment there are no other hotels sharing the beach. Restaurants are very expensive.

This is a nice resort and perfect for a weekend getaway. What I liked: - Pools, especially the separate pools for children. Pool attendant is very nice and will allow you to use inflatables free for an hour - Nice, renovated room. I could tell it was done recently and still had a "new" smell - Kid's room is large... More

When You first visit the place and right when you pull up to the parking lot and stand right in the middle of the hotel, you can see that the hotel is shaped like a birds wing. The Cleanliness is good, the Front Desk is Open Air which i find really nice. Rooms are a little bit outdated, but overall... More

this hotel must have the worst check-in procedure i have ever encountered. I was told by the hotel porter he could not leave his station and if i wanted my luggage i would have to take it up myself.. so i grabbed his cage and did just that. reception staff were erratic, Alicia was very helpful but all the rest... I emailed a week in advance saying that we would be arriving very early and if it would be possible to check in early and at what price, or what arrangements could be made. I was told that they would not be able to tell me the price nor guarantee the check in time until I got there! We arrived... More
