We booked an executive room with Club Lounge privileges on our first visit to Guam as a family last April 1st. It was like an extension of Japan, with everyone speaking Japanese , and most of the hotel staff Filipino, I felt like I was in between homes, comfortably alternating between three languages. The hotel was huge, the room was... More

Are 5 stars free? Wow is this really a 5 star hotel or has nobody in Japan traveled outside of Hawaii and domestic Japan? It is mind boggling how this hotel with no room service, beach facilities, good pool bar, happy hour, decent restaurants, house keeping, good service, hotel up-keep, good service can continue. Honestly I am tired of writing... More

This property is clearly for tourists. I did find the room to be clean but in need of updates. The bathroom walls were showing wear and tear. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows very small. The food at the hotel leaves a bit to be desired. All the food seemed to have the same luke warm temp. Parking... More

It may take 23 hours to get there, but once you arrive it is like a spa vacation! There is a spa, 2 pools, pool bars, parasailing and so much more to do! Right on the water and great shopping near by at the Guam Galleria--duty free! The buffet they have several times a week is fabulous. Everything is so... More

It's a clean hotel with kind service. However, there's something wrong with the drainage system and make the bathroom was flooded.

As per the title, this is actually two hotels in one - and probably the reason the reviews are varied. If you stay in a Premier room WITH lounge access then you will have a pleasant stay, however if you are booked with a group then you will suffer. Breakfast, for example, in the usual, group restaurant, Magellan, is a... More

From the end of November to the beginning of this month I stayed at this hotel with my mother. Before departing to Guam, I contacted the hotel to tell my request and could receive the reply soon. When checking in, I found that they fulfilled my hopes. Because we knew that some of the rooms had been already renovated, we... More

Please see my tripadvisor reviews for the Westin, Hyatt, and Sheraton for more information about each of those hotels. I've seen many people making "best hotel in Guam" statements and I doubt they've been to many of the hotels in Tumon. Over the dates of 09/09/14-11/02/14 I stayed at four different properties (Nikko, Westin, Hyatt and Sheraton) so I believe... More
