The hotel staff are not friendly but not rude. Just a hotel has no character.. you cannot ask for more... the room is ok but not good... it's hard to ask for a double room with one large bed... they said they only have 7 out of 200 rooms which have one king size bed... it surprised me... the breakfast... more

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Guam Sheraton. It's not Four Seasons or Ritz. For USD200/night, it's a decent place. The room is nicely appointed, and the lunch buffet is outstanding. If you are looking for the best rooms on guam, the Sheraton is by far the best place to stay.
