If your coming to Guam on a tight budget, maybe for work, for an extended period, then this place isn't bad. If your looking for a comfortable place to stay with your family with a good restaurant for a vacation then you may need to consider somewhere else. I went there alone, did a little grocery shopping and found the... More

Ok, this place has its pros and cons. Yes, it is outdated, but we couldn't believe how much space we had to relax-a two-bedroom with large living room. We didn't have any problems with internet or elements in the room. The staff was nice, set us up to get a car rental and answered our questions for our first trip... More

Alupang was nice in the 80s but it hasn't been renovated and it needs it! There is no internet and you take your life in your hands trying to cross the 6 lane street to get to the coffee shop to get wifi. The decor is outdated with southwestern colors and the pink carpets are stained and worn and there... More

No longer a hotel but offers only monthly leased fully furnished rooms for a steal! Stayed there many times for many weeks. Guam, the poor man's Hawaii, lacks good ocean front condo rentals like Hawaii has in abundance. ABT gives you the best views, location and service for a good price. Price is about one forth that of the non-view... More

Went with both my sons, my niece & her best friend. We had the best time doing everything from snorkeling, riding the banana boat (my favorite), jet skiing, parasailing, & eating a buffet to playing volleyball on the beach, & taking tons of pictures. There's also a dolphin watch, ocean eco tour, cultural show, other beach activites, & a kids... More

The hotel is pretty decent. The room I stayed in was pretty big, and my friends' rooms were pretty big as well. The hotel overlooked the beach, so that was a plus. The beds were nice and comfortable. The hotel has ample parking space. There is a restaurant, a gym, an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, all of which overlooks the... More
