This holiday trip was planned last minute, we couldn't find any vacancies that's not too far from Naval Base and ABC, so despite the negative reviews, we had no choice. Stained carpet, our room at 3rd floor smells bad, dark hallways, hot water was off for a night, no elevator. We don't mind staying in old hotels as long as... More

Okay, first of all I grew up on Guam and never had a need to stay at a motel, so I have never heard of most motels here. I am stationed in Cali & was coming home for a week of leave . The pictures online are deceiving and probably from when the hotel was fairly new . When we... More

Pretty friendly staff and they did a 2am airport pickup. But the place itself is pretty rundown, with questionable stains and fittings cracking apart. It's a bit frightening to think what might be growing under the carpet. Overall I doubt I would stay here again.

They try hard but they don't have much to try with. I was there last June and the hotel was really glum and gloomy. The room wasn't so bad, but the hallways and the lobby, the parking lot and the neighborhood. I love night photography and I was on my way to Bangkok, so I could deal with it for... More

I got to this place early morning, wife had already called ahead international rates to set up early check in. We pulled up (after the most expensive taxi ride in the world...worse than Japan!!!) and it looked like a Motel 6. The lobby had someone sleeping on every couch...why? No early check in! (unless you pay another full rate of... More

This is the worst hotel, I ever step foot in. I made reservation for 8 nights, but after checking in and seeing how horrible this place was I only stayed 1 night. When, I entered the room it had a odor, black mold on the wall, and water leaking from the AC. The neighbors was super loud, I was really... More

I stayed at Tamuning Plaza Hotel for 7 nights and I was satisfied. The room was big and clean since I got the family room on the 2nd floor. The room has a kitchenette which you can use if you want to stay in and bring your own food instead of eating out. It's just across the Ypao Beach and... More

I stayed there for a night. The advertised room rate is $60 (incl taxes) but it will actually be cheaper to stay in a more expensive better hotel if you count 'hidden' costs. Airport transfers supposedly cost $10. It says clearly on their website "Airport shuttle fee: USD 10 per person (one way)". Email correspondence from the hotel also confirmed... More

Great If you are physically fit and on a backpackers' budget. 40 minute walk to a great swimming area at Ypao Beach, next door bars and Thai Food, walk to the Premium Outlets and the American Legion. Minuses are. No elevator, slight odor, stained carpets, worn down but staff is friendly. Ask for weekly rates and/or half day rates if... More

We got a family room (2nd floor) for less than $100 total shared between three (two double beds and one single), as well as couch and tv. Checked in at 5am and out at 5pm. Had a rental car which made it easy to get around for food/shopping etc once we had our zzzs. My colleague had an average lunch... More
