we'd asked them to pick us up fron the airport by e-mail and they've sent us the confirmation, but nobody came up. we took a taxi instead. I'm sure I've booked a twin room, but two single beds were put together to make one big bed. I told it to the staff and they sepalated them later. The hotel was... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and three days. I had the Garden View room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The Santa Fe Grill restaurant offers a decent meal. I had a free breakfast with my stay and had the same menu selections.

We booked this hotel through the internet site " expedia". We also reserved Airport transfer through the internet. I confirmed where they would pick us up two weeks before we arrived. But we couldn't find any hotel staff at the Airport. I called the hotel, but nobody ansewered. We asked the Airpot information to contact the Santa fe hotel. Then one... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location and price. However, the rooms are very dilapidated. Since we spent most of the time away from the hotel visiting Guam, or relaxing on the beach, the room situation was not much of an issue. If we were to spend a lot of time in room, I would spend more money... More

The rooms are really old.The bed creaked, lampshades were broken and the chair in the room didn't look something you wanted to sit on. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. There were some guests who seemed to be enjoying the jacuzzi pool right by the beach. There was a long beachfront but I can't say if it's a good... More

Not great, not bad. I'd give it a 3.5 rather than a 3 if that was an option. Was there for 10 nights, including a week of work. Got to hang out with a bunch of fantastic locals and had a great time. The hotel is aging, and not fancy, but was fine. Not being in Tumon means it is... More

We stayed on the top floor in what must be a newly decorated room compared to what others experienced & was pleased with our stay. Property is about what we expected, not perfect but neither were some of the local towers we saw during our visit crowded with hordes of Japanese tourists. Overall, not bad with friendly staff & certainly... More

I read all the reviews here before arriving at the hotel (unfortunately after I booked) so I went into the trip expecting the worst. Pros: Location - Easy to find, close to a lot of great stuff (we had a rental car though which made things very easy) The view from the restaurant is honestly the best thing about the... More

First impression, not bad for the lobby is clean and looks updated. Once I got to the 4th floor it had a moldy smell. The door to the room was hard to open and close. The furniture is old and been painted over many times yet it still needs a fresh coat. The paint on the wall also needs a... More
