I stayed Santa Fe for 4 days in this summer. I could enjoyed stay, but there were lot of points which should be improved. The hotel is located away from main area of town and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get there by shuttle bus, yet Outlet mole is very close from here. Also, you have to work... More

I only wish I had read the reviews before booking at this location because EVERYTHING prior reviewers had shared about the inadequacies of this hotel were true and then some. Arriving at 5:30 a.m., there were indeed no water, no coffee, nothing but staff suggested that all was around the corner 10-30 minutes walking distance, at 5 a.m. in a... More

We stayed a couple of days at the Santa Fe. The pool needed cleaning and the carpet in the rooms was dirty and stained. Location was great and the bar had a good happy hour but added 10 percent to the bill in the bar and the restaurant. The price was right but the rooms leave much room for improvement.

PROS: The hotel itself is located right by beach, and this makes for great opportunities to go swimming, snorkeling, or catching the sunrise(set). The room that I stayed in was the most basic one. The air conditioner worked great. The shower and sink had hot water. The front desk clerk was very polite and friendly. CONS: The bath towels were... More

I checked into this hotel after leaving an awful one close by. This hotel was clean bottom line, the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was quiet. The restaurant was fairly good but the views were amazing! The only two downsides were that I don't believe that they did a thorough cleaning of the room each day and their... More

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this hotel was the dirtiest, nastiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. When I walked into my room, the first thing that hit me was the smell of mildew. The room stunk! The first thing I noticed was the dirty carpets. As I shut the door, I heard a loud... More

Pros: - location location location! Right on the beach of a beautiful little bay with an island in it. You can walk out to the island at low tide, and easily swim/walk out during high tide too. Lots of little tropical fish swimming around the coral. This hotel is probably the best as far as getting to the island goes.... More

Our nickname for Santa Fe by the end of our stay was "Santa Fail" because they failed in so many areas of providing a good service. 10 strikes and they were well and truly out. In no particular order: 1. No drinking water. The flight times are so bizarre flying into Guam so we arrived at 2:30 in the morning.... More

The plan was to stay there for a long weekend... I've traveled and stayed in many places like hostels, motels and 5 star hotels but this place is the worst. The price for $100 a night is not worth it. Spent a little more and go somewhere else. The beach view is amazing but camping would be a lot better... More
