We stayed here during our trip to American Samoa. The staff are very caring and friendly and helpful. Polynesian Air lost our bags so we were without a change of clothes. But they gave us bottled water, and even dinner from McDonalds! The night manager got another guest to take me to a store to buy stuff. They arranged a... More

We arrived at the Pago Pago Airport for a short stay while the Hawaiian Airlines jet refueled. Our flight from Tahiti was rerouted to Pago Pago because of a "Fuel Handler's" strike in French Polynesia. We toured the airport gift shop buying ice cream and T-Shirts. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This is my 3rd stay here, I can't say enough about my stay here being peaceful, and most welcoming with the greatest staff who treat you like family. My room was clean, had hot water, a.c. and a frig. I would recommend that to all my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a good clean and friendly... More

Only stayed one night. airport pickup was right on time. I was only staying at the Pago Airport Inn one night.BUT EVEN for my short stay I was treated like a long term visitor. Dorothy, the proprietor of this family-run business provided transportation in the hotel van to the local wireless communications provider on one occasion and THEN arranged a... More

My uncle and I staid here for several nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were met at the airport and promptly checked-in at the hotel; nice given a late arrival flight. All the staff and especially Ruth and Keith are very friendly and helpful. We had issues with our flights to Ta'u so being located near the airport... More

I recently stayed two night at the Pago Airport Inn. I had a very comfortable room with AC and en suite bathroom. The hotel is located close to the airport and in a quiet location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From what I could figure out, it's one of the most reasonable hotels price-wise. I would not hesitate... More

Service from Ruth and Keith - awesome. For the price the place is excellent. It is clean, comfortable and set in impressive gardens. There is air conditioning, WiFi, Cable and for half the price of other places of accommodation. I am a regular business traveller and will be staying here from now on.

I stayed at Pago Airport Inn for 6 nights and felt safe, well catered for and most of all under the care and interest of the management and staff who took every step to ensure our group was well looked after. The Inn is set in lush and leafy grounds with a large and impressive pool with comfortable rooms which... More

I travel to A.S. several times a year and have for a couple of years. I typically stay at the Tradewinds or Sadie's but decided to try the Airport Inn this trip. I will not stay anywhere else from now on and it is significantly less costly then than the others I have stayed. The Airport Inn is tucked away... More

My traveling associates and I rented 3 rooms for overnight stays while waiting for our departure from American Samoa. The rooms were quite adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. Nothing special, but clean and quiet. The restaurant was not operational but I was told that it would be remodeled soon. That will be important since there is no other... More
