We stayed in a waterfront duplex cabin on our second visit to Bellows. The accommodations are nothing fancy, and are a bit worn out. This is the kind of place you go to if you want to enjoy the beach, the water and just not doing much of anything. We loved every minute of our time there. There is a... More

Cabins are cozy and clean~ The beach is absolutely beautiful... Military families can enjoy a GREAT rate for the weekend~ We stayed here in September of 2015, the weather was stuffy earlier that day but cooled off nicely at night. We are spoiled to our Louisiana AC units, so I wasn't sure how we would handle no COLD air at... More

I went to Bellows for the first time last summer and since I booked late I could only reserve a "Camper cabin" which has no electricity and basically just has some foam beds. In that case it was basically just camping with a solid structure to sleep in. I arrived late at night the first night and literally went straight... More

These are very basic, no frills beach cottages. They have a fully stocked kitchen, TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, beds with linens, and minimal room service. But these are outdated and old. We often have ants and little spiders, but we've stayed in the cabins 2 times and keep returning! Why? Because the beach cannot be beat. And the cabins are... More

Bellow's was a fabulous place for our week vacation. I do not like the business of resorts and crowds, this was perfect for couples and families. The views of the mountains and water were breathtaking. They had everything in the cabin one could possibly need, just buy your steaks and grill with the water crashing on the beach in the... More

Great place to stay on a gorgeous beach. The cabin are basic, but comfortable and have all you need. The grounds offer something for everyone, from camping, to cabins, to air conditioned condos. Staff is friendly and helpful, small store and gas station, equipment rental and a driving range to hit a bucket or two. What else can you ask... More

If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, this isn't it. But, if you're looking for a place (we had the non-renovated, 2-bedroom - 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, with a kitchen and bath) to call a humble home for a few days, it's awesome. The beach was a steps away, along with a mini-golf course, playground, and shoppette... More

Honestly, I'm in agreement with almost everybody here. The beach is gorgeous. That accommodations are not! So we're at 18 years in the army, I'm used to less-than-perfect military housing. This was right on par with a lot of older army structures. What I found frustrating was that housekeeping was almost nonexistent. I mean, like the worst I've ever had.... More

The beach is absolutely gorgeous!! The cabin was utilitarian. No, it's not "fancy" nor is it a 5-star hotel. It IS family beach living at its most comfortable! The kids loved mini golf and boogy boarding. Having a shopette, Subway, and gas on site was very convenient - although I would definitely have preferred it opening a little earlier. With... More

Let me start off by saying the beach was gorgeous! But the duplexes on the beach were a complete nightmare! Bugs, dirt, power outages, and no air conditioning. At one point during our stay I counted 20 daddy longlegs spiders in the shower! My trailer in Afghanistan was more comfortable!
