The cottages are not cleaned properly. There was sand everywhere, the stove and pots were filthy. The area did not seem safe at all. This place is patrolled by MPs for a reason. We arrived Friday for a stay of two nights, but we left the next day. The beach is nice enough but this place was trailer park creepy.... More

I been coming to this place for about 4yrs now and I recently deployed and came back to visit in July. we decide to rent a cottage for my family for the weekend.... the cottage was ok just the basic things for a family you also get a area to BBQ and relax at but they do need to add... More

Although it's still a wonderful place to stay, security is not what it used to be. Now, Military Police are assigned as a detail to provide security, and they look at it as just a shift with little understanding of the situation. That was not the case when DOD police patrolled the area. When you rent a cottage there, you also... More

Spent two nights in a two bedroom cottage for $99.00 per night. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Although the rooms are small and the furnishings basic, every cottage has a lanai with an ocean view. The beach is only steps away from the front door. We spent a great deal of time simply watching... More

The Army should have kept the management on this one. Beautiful site but the facilities have not been kept up. Bathroom in restaurant has been out of order for over a month. Staff is there but not friendly or trained.

First, this was a one night stay-cation as I live on Oahu. Although Waikiki is a beautiful beach, it is horribly expensive and unbelievably crowded. We stayed in a nice little cottage on the beach. Each and every cottage is ocean front, just a few steps to the beach. They are raised off the ground and there is plenty of... More

We just got back yesterday, May 14th from an 8 day vacation at PARC with 3 of our grown kids and 11 year old grandaughter. The place is awesome if you want a more rustic, homey atmosphere. The cabins are just basic but clean and plenty of fresh towels everyday. The beds were comfortable and the scenery beautiful. One side... More

Quiet, safe and away from the crowds you can feel more of the old Hawaii there. No stupid tourist stuff and a beautiful beach that is never crowded. If you have Military ID it is a wonderful place to go with a bar, restaurant and minimart all right there. Great equipment rentals and the rates for everything are the best... More

Coming back again in a week from today. We stayed last year in February and had an absolute amazing time. I loved being able to learn to surf, go snorkeling, SUP, kayak with the dolphins and turtles, see whales and even had a monk seal come up on the beach and sit with me :) We spend two weeks there... This place is awful. We drove up the west side of Oahu thinking that this was going to be unbelievably nice. What we discovered was just the opposite. The nightly rate was $80.00 and I don't think they had $80.00 in furnishings. It only had one room with the bathroom in the center of the room. Think of it as... More
