Hawaiian Princess is located on a very quiet beach that is never busy... we were on the 16th floor (top) in #1601. The Condo is a solid hour from the airport and Honolulu. When you arrive, there is a security fence around the propert because you are right in the middle of the worst part of town. There is a security guard on duty (for a reason) The condo itself and the beach are acceptable but there are no real restaurants around... more

Several years ago we did a time-share trade to the Hawaiian Princess. Our week's experience was perfect and we ended up buying two weeks so we could enjoy the pleasures of this little paradise every year. It is not, however, the perfect place for everyone. The parking stalls are obviously way too narrow for any average automobile and the resident manager is quick to critize anyone not parking properly and does so like a military general.
