We were so excited when we booked our rooms at the Ihilani Resort & Spa. Hotel and grounds were nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Paradise Cove luau was a lot of fun. Disappointed when we returned to the room and realized our kid's electronics were missing. The front desk kept insisting we lost the items and would not file a... More

spend our anniversary there last year, what a beautiful place. everyone was friendly and helpful. great buffet breakfast, we had the Japanese buffet but it was ok, I expected a bit more for the money. the pool bar and restaurant was very good and don't forget you usually get a coupon for a free Mai tai upon arrival. the room... My wife and I have been staying at this hotel since 2000 every year until last year July 2014 . We found out the property changing hands as we tried to book it again for this year and the hotel was no longer available on the web. We were shocked and upset. We love every bit about this hotel, its... More

Loved this resort, top pick for Oahu! We will be back, beautiful grounds, plenty of room for everyone on the beach or at the pool, great rooms very comfortable! Recommend the buffet and photographers at the resort, patient and wonderful. Great for teens and adults our little nieces enjoyed it too

Nice place to escape from Waikiki area. But there are not many things to do. If you would like to relax and read the books at the beach, it would be a nice place to be. There is a Outlet Mall near by, but not so many good brands to shop.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ihilani. The hotel is out of the way and relatively quiet, although the area is developing quickly. The lagoons are a nice treat, with a design that keeps them clean and calm. I would recommend the Ihilani to any traveler who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle... More

long time Marriott gold member. like the service and all for many years until last week.I was really disappointed that they put me in a room where i need to peak out my head from balcony to see ocean and there is a huge tree blocking most of ocean view. In other hotel, this would be consider a regular room.... More

Even though they were in the process of closing for renovation, I still very much enjoyed my 2 week stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and lovely, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, and the beach lagoons nearby are superb. The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the construction noise, but we were notified prior... More

I think the hotel is going under renovations at this time. It was a very nice hotel, you could have a very quick walk to a small shopping center with shop and food (and an ABC store). Beach was nice, pool small, but big almost private beach. Rooms were very nice, full wall of glass doors to balcony, so cool.

We spent 10 great days here in early February and enjoyed it immensely. We had the property practically to ourselves since it's in transition between Marriott and Four Seasons. They will close for 9 months for renovations beginning in mid-April (according to some staff we talked to) but in the meantime they're offering rates under $200 per night on rooms... More
