Was just checking in and noticed something about you guys maybe selling your place. Thats too bad, but I guess there's a time for everything huh? Just wanted you guys to know that me and Sanna still talk about you guys from time to time and remember our stay at your place fondly, even though its 4 years ago now.... More

I have just had clients return from Ali'i Bluffs Windward B & B during a wonderful Hawaiian holiday. They were somewhat disappointed with their stay here due to the unkempt nature of the accommodation and the clutter. They found the host to be very helpful and friendly and certainly had no complaints about him but it was the state of... More

It was meant for me to stay at Ali'i Bluffs, unfortunately my trip was not pleasure, my sister was dying of Cancer and everyday after a completely stressful day I looked forward to my time at Ali'i Bluffs, my retreat and place of tranquility....peaceful. I give thanks to the lord for putting me there. This website kept popping up...soo glad... More

What a wonderful gem this place is and inspiring host. Donald really is a remarkable person, and we could have stayed and talked for days. Enjoyed the stay immensely and was a highlight of our trip to Hawaii. I noticed a couple of negative reviews and am wondering what motivated these people to write what they did. Our experience could... More

We visited Hawaii in early July 2014. We spent the first three days in Honolulu, and it was a relief to move on to De and Don's Ali'i Bluffs B&B for the rest of the week on Oahu. Don and De were very nice old school gentlemen. They were willing to help in any way with directions and short cuts... More

We stayed here for a family event near by. It was quaint, clean, quiet and convenient. The breakfasts are lovely and the host is terrific. The pool is great and it has nice views. I would recommend a car for getting around. A very good location on the Windward side of the island.

The proprietors are ultra-friendly. Sadly, we didn't stay long enough to feel like locals. For a non-chain, locally owned business, this property has its charms. Every available space on the walls are decorated with artwork (owner is an artist)... it's like living in a museum. I don't recommend short-term stays at this location. Pro: daily papayas for breakfast, banana bread... More

This was our first time staying at a B&B. We stayed for three nights. Don and De were such great hosts that they have now set the bar pretty high for future stays at other B&Bs. They were very knowledgeable about the history and area of Hawaii. We loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city.... More

This is a much belated review since we stayed with Don and Dee in February of 2012 for close to a week.. We got busy and never wrote, though we kept meaning to. We had a wonderful time. My husband and I stayed in both the Circus and Victorian rooms The Circus room, where we stayed first as another couple... More

A perfect stay from the first delicious breakfast by the pool to our last farewell by the gate. Don and De - thank you both for contributing to make our time memorable, enjoyable and stress-free. As well as sharing so much knowledge - both local and historical of Honolulu - we loved hearing anecdotal stories of you enriched past. With... More
