We had 4 condos rented out for a wedding party and each condo was unique in its own little way. You have to go in understanding that since they are individually owned they will all be different. One of the condos that was originally booked was not up to par but we were able to get another one. It was... More

Condo in disrepair; not very clean. No patio lights, old stained tub & fixture falling off, dirty oven, dryer didn't work, dead bugs in window sills, eating utensils not clean, iron faceplate corroded.

My husband, daughter, her boyfriend and I rented unit # 46. Jan. 8-18th. The unit was very nice with an updated kitchen and the 2 queen size beds were adequate. (a little hard to sleep on) The air conditioner in the bedroom upstairs didn't work the first night but they promptly fixed it the next day. The patio windows overlooked the... More

My boyfriend and I rent 2 condos - the first part of our trip from a private owner, and the last part from Turtle Bay Estates. From my experience renting like this can be hit or miss but they do have some amazing newly renovated places. If you are picky, you will have to spend a little more to get... More

We liked the unit for many reasons. The kitchen is great and looks new. Both bedrooms had ample storage and comfortable beds. The window A/C worked great and unit stayed cool without it most of the time. The washer and dryer are also a nice touch. It's a very close walk to the beach next to the resort where the... More

We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom condo at Turtle Bay Resort. It was an exchange with a local top surfer who I had put up in Lanzarote when he wanted to attend a surf contest. The condo was on the first floor and had a great fully kiitted out kitchen, lovely lounge diner with a balcony overlooking the golf... More

The first thing that hits you in the face when you open the door and enter is the musty mildew smell. Ok, let's get the doors open to air it out! That helped somewhat. After getting the baggage in etc. we start to explore the unit. Bathroom is fine until you turn the light and exhaust fan goes on. The... More

I booked a week in Hawaii as a surprise for our 15 year wedding anniversary. A couple of friends told me they had luck with the Turtle Bay condos; dated decor, but fine as a base for a bunch of adventure activities and we could enjoy the laid back North Shore. When we walked through the door, we immediately noticed... More

I stayed in Unit 26 West last week with my family of 4. The place was fine, nothing fancy or outstanding. The price was very affordable for the space you get and everything worked just fine. Furniture was somewhat spartan and the kids stayed in the upstairs loft. We did not come to the North Shore for the condo. We... More
