Super relaxed bungalows, really different vibe to Honolulu, loved getting away here for a few days. The only thing is there is not too much around wouldn't stay for more than 3-4 days- you need to drive pretty much everywhere but that's the point I guess being somewhere more secluded! Local food vans are great.

Looking to get away from the maddening crowds of Honolulu? This tucked- away, laid-back group of bunglows with a beautiful beachfront (Pupukea Beach), no crowds, quite! So obscure, we often drive right past the entrance, even though we've stayed there 3 times! Rent a bike nearby for your entire stay, and enjoy a magnificent short ride on a awesome bike... More

We love Ke Iki beach on the north shore of Oahu. As with all beaches in Hawaii, it is pubic and has a public access to walk to. These bungalows are situated beach front. Along the western side of the beach new to the rocks, this beach is very clean and has a nice surf break. During the winter months,... More

We stayed one night and you just can't beat the price or the view. Beachfront location on Sunset Beach on the North Shore a short walk away from the famous Bonzai Pipeline where you can watch competitions and also have a gorgeous sunset 20' from your door. Basic type of place with 1 bdrm comfortable, queen bed, a sleeper sofa... More

Ke Iki Beach Bungalows are a true "local" experience. We (two couples) just spent five nights there and loved it. Our bungalow, Hibiscus, was oceanfront and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the manager Greg was easy to deal with and available whenever we needed help with anything, e.g., general questions, printing an email, coins for... More

We spent a couple of nights at Ke Iki in the Plumeria room. It wasn’t on the beach, but one of the units in the back. The setting of the complex is really beautiful – right on the beach, perfect for watching the big waves rolling in. There is a Foodland and a few informal eateries just a few hundred... More

Seriously, who knew places like this still existed on Oahu? And especially on the North Shore? The hotel construction controversy has been raging so long, most people just assume it's Turtle Bay or nothing out there. Not true. Ke iki Beach Bungalows takes mid-century island charm and drops it right on to a beach next to Waiamea Bay. All within... More

Best little getaway ever, small and quaint with very reasonable room rates. This accommodation has 6 on the beach bungalows that are very nice family accommodations. There are a few units in the back of the property, some larger and some smaller than the beachfront units, but they all sport a nice kitchen that is fully accommodated. BBQs, hammocks, and... More

We stayed in the orchid bungalow. It is the only beachfront second level unit. Very private feeling with a full deck overlooking the beach. Charming decor, fully stocked kitchen, grill, hammock. Massage available to come on call. Most beautiful beach. Convenient location with security. Manager was just right, laid back but available. This is one of the best places we... More

This is holiday simplicity at its best. Casual, on the beach and uncrowded. Shark's Cove is around the corner for great snorkelling, and it's a short walk to Foodland for supplies. Famous surfing spots are a stroll along the beach if you want to surf or just watch the action. Get active or do nothing. It's up to you. We... More
