I can’t believe I’m the first person to review Tree of Life. They’ve been around a while, are listed in the Lonely Planet, and there aren’t that many places to stay on the north shore of Oahu. Weird.
OVERVIEW
It’s a small, very clean, simple house (like most other houses on the block) that pretty much has everything you need, and is directly across the street from the beach. A small road and a park separates the house from the beach. There are 3 guest rooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and outdoor table area is shared (with the owners and other guests). It's sort of like a B&B and sort of like staying at someone's house, except it's not someone you know (more on this later). Their website accurately reflects most everything, except the shared factor.
