This hotel has no such after hours service. There is a resident manager but she cant do much. I checked in late on a Sunday night, no problem checking in a paying, problems getting an internet access code. The office is only open between 8-5 m-f and 8-12 on a Sunday. No good to contractors who start early in the morning and get back later in the evening. Took to the last day to get the Internet access I required for my job. Everyone blamed the resident manager. I got locked out my room twice, the locked failed, they repaired it on the Tuesday got back in the room in the afternoon and hour later the lock had failed again. It was like I was inconveniencing them when I told them I would not pack up and move rooms, I wanted my room repaired. It was more of an inconvenience to me to do that rather than them repair the lock.
