Romantic and relaxing. My husband and I just left Lumeria and were awed by how calm and peaceful we felt with just a one night stay. The gardens around the property were stunning. We tried to keep track of the variety of plants we saw but we lost count! We cannot wait to return in the future for another visit.

I recently stayed here while attending a 6 day retreat and I was so impressed with the staff, they offered incredible service and made the stay to enjoyable. The accommodations were beautiful and the instant you set foot on the grounds you feel a sense of peace and at home. As you walk the grounds you a gain a deep... More

I just attended a 6 day retreat at Lumeria and my stay was perfect. The room was cozy and the shower was lovely with a pebbly floor. The pool, labyrinth, hot tubs, and hammocks are fantastic for r&r. The spa was outstanding... I had the best massage. I opted for the Lomi Lomi and it was simply superb. The staff... More

I work in the hotel industry and visit many hotels over the course of a given year. I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a hotel like this before. The hotel and surrounding grounds define the term "transformational relaxation". I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a non-manufactured experience that is so often received at... ...cuz it ain't here. The place wasn't originally designed as a hotel/resort, and you can tell by the paper-thin walls and fact that anybody who walks by any one of the rooms will be able to see you in your room unless your blinds are drawn. And hear you unless the windows are shut. And you can see/hear everyone else,... More

I recently returned from a 4 night stay and was curious what it would be like as I had been to Maui once before and stayed at the Grand Wailea. The first thing that one notices about the site is the beauty; the landscaping is marvelous and that alone put me at ease. The staff was friendly and courteous; I... More

We stayed four nights. Had the best time the staff was pleasant friendly and courteous. Christine help book reservations for dinner. We spent an entire day taking classes on property and got spa treatments. They were professional through and through. The sunrise meditation on Sunday and Tuesday morning was a great way to get the day started. The breakfast in... More

Dear Jason and Karen, We are so glad you enjoyed your time here, experienced our wellbeing services, and participated in meditation and Scott's killer Hot Yoga class! We hope to see you back here for a longer stay, and we hope that you'll join us for dinner at the newly opened MuBu Restaurant next time you're here! Mahalo Nui Loa,... More

We stayed at Lumeria for three nights and could have stayed for longer. I read a few negative reviews on the rooms of the parking side, but we stayed anyway and it was just fine (I do agree that if you're fussy the courtyard would be better). The rooms are small, but beautifully decorated and have everything you need. The... More

Lumeria Maui is located amidst tropical country roads a few miles from the quaint hippie surfer town of Paia. Unlike the row of resorts stacked one on top of the other in Wailea, Lumeria is the only resort on its stretch of Baldwin Avenue. Its location lends it a serene quality, conducive to relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.... More

We looked for a hotel near Halekala crator, wanted to climb up before sunrise. The location is the only good thing about this hotel/motel. Didn't get any drinks when we arrived or left before sunrise. For the high price they should offer a free good coffe and a fruit to go. When we returned after a few hours thirsty and... More
