We just returned from a trip to Maui in June 2007. We booked a 2 br/2 ba condo at Kaanapali Royal condominuims in Kaanapali through [--]. Just about everyone loves a good deal, but there is usually a reason why things are priced less than normal. In the case of the Kaanapali Royal, the only reason you can get a 2br, huge, central a/c' luxury condo for around $200 is that there is no big marketing effort to rent them.
