My family recently spend 10 days at Kaanapali Shores. We had 2 rooms on 8th floor. The hotel was very nice, but we had a bad experience with the maids. The first impression upon walking into the open-air lobby was "wow", and we weren't disappointed. We (3 adults, 2 children) stayed in a two-bedroom suite on the seventh floor, overlooking the nicely landscaped courtyard.
