We checked-in at 7:30pm on July 3rd, and the front desk staff were very polite & helpful. Our first room on the south side of the resort looked like it badly needed upgrading, and had a broken sofabed which was needed because my in-laws had tagged along for the trip. The rooms in the photos of the tour were not what we saw. The first room was very nice, just too much stuff and the loft was unusual. The room we stayed in was DIRTY and the carpet had to be cleaned while we were there. The furniture was old. The grounds were beautiful, most of the people were great.... more

After traveling fourteen hours with a six month old to Maui we arrived at 4:30pm Maui time to the resort, stood in line for twenty minutes to check in, and were then told our room wasn't ready despite the fact that the check in time is 3pm. These are very comfortable clean rooms, ,the resort is impecable and beautifully maintained. Having a washer/dryer is awesome. People were friendly. The beach is not the greatest, but gorgeous views. The only down side is being in a tropical place, flying roaches were found in the hallways in the evenings since they were open and sometimes it would take staff... more

I traveled with my sister and had a great time soaking up the sun by the pool. The condo was great and so was the food. Did some snorkeling, but mostly just relaxed. Thanks to the staff for taking good care of us. more

We booked a return visit to this hotel because we had stayed on our honeymoon and were pleased with our visit. Upon arriving, we noticed that our room just "felt" dirty. After further inspection, we realized that we would have to sweep up all of the pubic hairs off of the floor in the bathroom. My husband just about puked.... more
