Kuleana is a hidden gem on Maui ... stunning grounds, impeccably maintained. Two beaches, incredible snorkelling (turtles everywhere), private pool, best barbecue spot overlooking the sunset. Awesome location and just a short walk to the farmer's market and health food store. I've stayed there twice now and will never stay anywhere else on Maui.

We got unit 710 for one week thru Trading Places exchange. The unit is very old and in need of an upgrade badly. It is also very small with just a kitchenette. The room is close to the street and since there is no AC in the unit, we had to leave the windows open and traffic is really loud... More

Kuleana Resort doesn't offer much in curb appeal but once you unpack, it's all good. First off, we stayed in unit 321. Nicely appointed base camp for exploring the island. Recent remodel, nice bathroom. Unit has laundry (no need to check a bag). Kitchen has updated cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge. I like to sample the area's fab restaurants but... More

This was such a nice place. We stayed through an II condo exchange, and were very pleased. There were 3 of us, so I slept on the daybed which pulled down from the wall. I had my doubts, but it was really comfortable. Although we didn't have a/c, the unit was very comfortable at night, especially in the bedroom, where... More

We were made to feel so welcome by Valerie, and enjoyed our cozy condo...the view of the ocean and Molokai across the way presented us with a gorgeous feast for the eyes, and we enjoyed many stunning sunsets. We were not far from Lahaina and many other restaurants to choose from nearby. Valerie was very helpful on what to see... More

We stayed for a week in #707 using an RPI membership gift (love my family) No a/c but open a few windows and everything is good....... Maybe 50 feet from the beach... ground floor 1 bedroom condo.... The apartment defiantly needs an update but it was still nice.. They say it's a turtle beach area and WOW they were right....... More

My husband and I recently stayed here with another couple in their time share unit. Like other reviewers have said, the grounds are beautiful and the views are simply amazing, with giant sea turtles practically tripping people wading knee deep in the beautiful clear water just steps away from the condos. If you like to snorkel all day every day... More

The grounds are lovely and if you happen to have a unit with a beach view taking meals on the lani is wonderful. The temperature in May and June is pretty much ideal. The beach is right there. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The drive into Lahina is short. There is a nice shopping center about a mile... More

We had the pleasure of staying in unit #405 a ground floor 1 Br unit with the beach steps from our lanai. Our reservations were made through Harris realty who were wonderful to deal with . The condo had everything we needed, offered great sunset views in the evenings, is on a great little beach with lots of turtles, and... More

Well maintained with beautiful gardens and lovely pool. Right on the ocean with a small beach which changes daily with the winds and tides. Facilities were rather tired and the one bedroom unit was pretty small for 3 people. OK for 2. Kitchen was not well equipped and the dishwasher did not work. Unit 721 is right on the road... More
