We had the pleasure of staying in unit #405 a ground floor 1 Br unit with the beach steps from our lanai. Our reservations were made through Harris realty who were wonderful to deal with . The condo had everything we needed, offered great sunset views in the evenings, is on a great little beach with lots of turtles, and... More

Well maintained with beautiful gardens and lovely pool. Right on the ocean with a small beach which changes daily with the winds and tides. Facilities were rather tired and the one bedroom unit was pretty small for 3 people. OK for 2. Kitchen was not well equipped and the dishwasher did not work. Unit 721 is right on the road... More

The complex was very quiet and pleasant during our stay. The residents and guests were very friendly there. We found ourselves slashing things off of our carefully planned itinerary because we loved staying "home" so much. I spent one morning whale-watching for two hours, and another two evenings sitting in the surf and watching the abundant number of turtles feeding... More

This resort is awesome. The property is situated right on the ocean shore. Every day you can see whales out in the ocean. Turtles come right up on to the beach to sun themselves. Views are simply magnificent. Some of the units in the complex have been renovated and are looking good. However unit 719 is not one of them.... More

This was are second stay at the resort. We used Harris Reality to get our unit. We stayed 416. This unit almost sits on the waters edge. A king bed, washer/dryer, full kitchen there is a additional window in this unit for great cross Breezes. The grounds are incredible and the beach is the best. Turtles swimming in the water,... Unit # 616 looked great from the get go. It is very well maintained and is so close to the shore. We lacked for nothing in the way of kitchen utensils, dinnerware or pots and pans. The king poster bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a tub/shower unit and wasn't cramped. There were plenty of towels as well as... More

Unit #613 is a very small condo that really needs to be remodeled. The kitchen is very small but the appliances are nice. There are very few dishes so you have to wash dishes after every meal. The room is so small that there was not enough room to recline in the leather recliner. We had to get maintenance in... More

Absolutely loved our time at the Kuleana. We were renting from a timeshare unit and were worried we wouldn't get service but that was not the case! They were wonderful when our TV didn't work (replacing the TV), when we forgot our key to the gate, and anything else we needed. The staff was great, the room was clean and... More

We have stayed at Kuleana Unit 105 multiple times and it has been wonderful every time. These condos are individually owned / managed, so the condition of each will vary, but the resort and grounds are gorgeous, and the ocean-front location can't be beat. Building 1 is the northern-most building set a little bit apart from the rest of the... More

Our stay at Kuleana Resort was wonderful! Sunset views were magnificent from our balcony. We were on second floor unit 105 highly recommend as you are not at ground level, more privacy. Kitchen updated, ocean breezes, air conditioner in bedroom. We had everything we needed, watched turtles and swam with them! Beach is lovely, but remember, it is Maui, an... More
