All of the Condos in Kahana and Napalii were built in the 1970's. Some are more updated than others, but they are all pretty similar. The Kuleana has a nice location, good parking and a small beach. Kuleana is situated in a great location especially it's fantastic oceanfront. We had the opportunity to swim daily with sea turtles and a fantastic array of tropical fish. Traded a week with RCI for this condo. They say the resort is in Lahania but it is west of Kanappali Beach and closer to Kapalua.
