We have just returned from a week of Paradise. Maui was wonderful, relaxing and a big part of our enjoyment was staying at Ho'olio House. It is a lovely place and the outdoor shower is delightful. We stayed in the Nalu suite - the view was stellar.

Best place ever! Beautiful, clean, low-key, quiet, healthy breakfast and friendly staff and guests. Our favorites experiences are the outside showers, having unhurried breakfast and having the heated pool all by ourselves in such a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ho'oilo House for 3 nights to finish our 10 days in Maui. Had I known how amazing this place was, I would have planned the trip differently to be able to spend more time here! Location: excellent! Great in terms of easy access to the airport, south maui (Kihei, wailed, makena) and... More

We recently stayed at the Ho'oilo House for 4 nights as the first part of our Hawaii belated honeymoon, and it was such a wonderful place to start our vacation! Dan and Amy are fantastic - gave us lots of great advice for exploring Maui and make everything so so comfortable and elegant. The breakfast was delicious, especially when enjoyed... More

My wife and I recently stayed here for our vacation to Maui and I think we couldn't have picked a more perfect place. The rooms and lobby is very beautiful during the day and at night. And because of the location, it was very peaceful. They do so many little things that make your stay very comfortable like having free... More

Ho’oilo is absolutely amazing. This was our second stay and both times have been perfect. You really can’t go wrong by staying here. This visit we stayed in Kohola, which is an ocean view room. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was gorgeous. One of our personal favorite touches is the ocean view outdoor shower. Previously we stayed... More

My husband and I are staying right now in the Honu Room. It is stunningly beautiful with it's carved Balinese bed and black marble bath tub. The bathroom is huge. The amount of storage in closet space and drawers is probably more than I have at home. The room includes it's a safe and it's own refrigerator. The outdoor shower... More

One of the most beautiful hotels we've every stayed in. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious - I could die for another one of those homemade muffins. The rooms were beautifully decorated and we loved the outdoor showers - a little bit of luxury in Lahaina. Why would you stay at an anonymous resort... More

We stayed in Honu room for three nights and the location of this inn is perfect for staying throughout your time in Maui. The entire island is easily accessible. The inn itself was clean, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast was simple and straightforward-fresh fruit, yogurt, warm muffins, boiled eggs, and delicious juices, coffee, and teas. While it is technically a "continental... More

This was my husband and my fourth visit to Ho'oilo House. It is every bit as wonderful as our first visit. It is peaceful, the rooms are lovely, the breakfasts are good, the flowers are pretty and Amy and Dan are wonderful hosts. What else could one ask for?
