The only truly annoying thing about this place is the thin parking spaces. It looks like they repainted the lines so that a Ford Focus barely fits without guaranteed door dings. Unit 604A/604B was great. Top floor; sort of on a corner. Rainbows to the left, a partially obstructed beach view to the right and the water fall pool below.... More

I must say after reading some the reviews on this place I was sick to my stomach that I had reservations there and could not cancel. I was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were very clean, tropical and pretty. I had a one bedroom and my sister in law had a hotel, both were clean and the one bedroom was very... More

After planning my vacation for a few months, I arrived to this hotel with an utmost surprise. The place was so outdated... they still have VSH players, toilets had black rings and they clog up at one use. It was horrible. I was desperate to find other accommodation immediately after I arrived. There was no way I was going to... More

Bath tubs are whirlpool, I needed step to get inside and outside of tub. Mattress wasn't firm, sheet had hole in it. Furniture was old and soft in living rm. We had a 2 bedroom 2nd bedroom extremely small. Pool wasn't accessable due to 12 inch step down for 1st step needing 2 knee replacements was not able to get... More

We came here with uncertainty of what we were walking into due to some bad reviews we read, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised! We had the studio-full kitchen, arrangement, the bed was kind of odd at first glance, but once u slide it out and then turn it 45 degrees, it is just like having a normal... More

The grounds are immaculate, friendly staff, very hospitable. Our reservation was in the hotel but the room had a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee pot. All utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies were included. Housekeeping was mid week but fresh towels were left daily. We were worried we should have reserved an efficiency but we had everything needed for a... More

I traded into this place thru RCI and its really hard to believe this place is a silver crown. I guess if you dont mind out dated appliances, uncomfortable beds and ants everywhere.. then you'll be ok.

Just spent a week at Kahana Falls. I couldn't have been happier with the place I picked especially for the price I paid. Stayed in 307A and it was large with a full kitchen, fridge you name it. Dining and living room with newer LCD TV. Large patio with access from the bedroom and living room. Clean nice bathroom and... More

My wife, our 3 year old daughter and I checked in on a Saturday. We were told the elevators have not worked for a day & it would not be repaired until Tuesday. We were given a room on the 4th floor. We were also told they were having problems with the locking mechanisms to the rooms. They had to... More
