Quam properties sent us a package of our room in advance. Info on room, and contact numbers. Room is located on your right side when getting to their private lot. Elevators are located left middle section near office and laudary room. With an unbelievable view, you will capture the beauty of the island day and night. About 45 - 1hr... More

We loved our stay at Kahana Reef #420. The view was absolutely stellar! The location is very convenient to everything else. The kitchen was all we could wish for (although the garbage disposal needed to be repaired). The bed was just right. The pool was perfect and quiet most of the time. Loved it all. Only reccomendations to the owner... More

Booked condo 109 directly from the owner through VRBO. Amazing location on the beach, comfortable condo, had everything we could possibly need. Pool was always quiet and made for awesome lazy afternoons reading while looking at the ocean. Couldn't believe it when a family of sea turtles came right up to the back steps of the condo units! Property is... More

We really loved staying at the Kahana Reef over the years (we've stayed there 4 times). There's often a farmer's market across the street where you can get papaya, vegetables, and great Maui Salsa. The pool is on the small side, but just right and great for families. The beach is a little rocky, but it's just a peaceful, laid-back... More

I stayed at the Kahana Reef Hotel but it was one of there condo's. It was on the cliff ocean side and the waves were so loud crashing on the reef it was really hard to sleep! It was in October and the water is a little rougher that time of the year I was told and that's when they... More

We loved our stay at the Kahana Reef (Unit #422) condo! The location was excellent, away from the hustle and bustle, yet easy access to everything we needed. The people were lovely and so was the climate! Loved that we were at the end of the fourth/top floor of the complex and that our neighbor was a huge eucalyptus tree.... More

This was our first stay at Kahana Reef, but it will not be our last. The unit we rented directly from the owner suited our needs perfectly. The condo complex is certainly not fancy, but neither are we. Before arriving we were concerned about the pool (yes, the water was warm enough, in Feb. and felt great), and the lack... More

We visited this property from March 25/14 to April 1/14. I found the unit and property very nice. We paid a great rate and it was really nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all of the time. We stayed in unit 103 and had the pool gate in front of our unit but looking... More

Visited Kahana Reef in early March and Kahana Reef is paradise; this was my 12th trip to Maui and this is the best place ever! The view to the islands of Molokia and Laniai are amazing and the sunsets are simply the best. We watched whales from the lawn, or lanai (patio) as they breached offshore. Turtles frequent the reef... More

After staying 7 nights at unit #207, I have nothing but great things to say about the room size, comfort, decoration, appliances and, above all, the best sunset view I have ever experienced from a balcony. It’s close enough to Lahaina and even closer to the great beaches of Kapalua and D.T. Fleming. Now, the important BUT; I’ve been a... More
