The property was nice, clean and well-maintained. We booked 3 condo units a few days prior and was surprised they got 2 of them right next door which was next to the pool (yeeha). Each unit was clean and equipped with all that you needed for a stay. Plenty of bathroom linens. We had young children so it was perfect.... More

This is just a glorified motel but that's not a criticism. The room was a reasonable size with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a large shower and also a washer & dryer - which were quite useful. They also provide washing powder. I would have preferred to pay a bit extra to have the... Stayed in VRBO rental A101. Great location right by the pool and 1 minute walk to the infinite pool. The place was very well equipped from snorkel gear, boogie boards to baby baths. The grounds were very well kept as well the grill area was also very clean. Some other posters have mentioned ants, we also had ants but only... More

Some things are this place are great. We have now stayed there 3 times. The best is the pool area and the location - it is close to Front Street and all that has to offer. The pool area is spacious, beautiful and has 'huts' where you can easily camp out all day. The condo option is nice to save... More

Save yourself some money and stay at a decent resort. By the time you pay all the hidden fees, you could have stayed at an upscale hotel. On their website it states $75 cleaning fee (which is ridiculous) but what they don't tell you is that they DON'T clean your room during your stay-at all. Plus if you want extra/clean... More

I was a little nervous about this stay after reading some of the reviews. But the stay turned out to be a nice surprise. It was spotlessly clean -- i don't quite understand those comments about the ants and dirt. Maybe like some reviewers pointed out, it varies by unit. At least we got lucky and had a very clean... I have traveled quite a bit, staying at hotels, motels, and condo's, and I do not understand the negative reviews at all. Just got back yesterday and couldn't wait to write a review. First, the property is beautifully maintained and clean. The pool area's were awesome with covered cabanas, comfy cushioned seats, with great views of the garden areas and... More

This is not in a resort area like Kaanapali. Condo looks nice but not very clean. We constantly got ants in the kitchen counters and sink. The management need to really clean the AC units and the baseboards.....lots of dirt and grime. The $17.50/day for parking is just stupid when the lot is completely empty....the cleaning fee is also a... More

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The Good: 5 min walk from shopping and restaurants, Their 2 pools are very nice: one is fresh water and the other is salt water. They also have 4 big stainless steel BBQ grills, 2 near each pool. One nice picnic table at each pool. WiFi was just installed in each room... More

I stayed here with my family about 7 years ago. Not only was the property beautiful, but the staff was amazing. The staff now seems like the leftover crew from a bad government agency. No eye contact. No smiles. Almost like they are being "disturbed", and this was during check in/out. Professionalism is totally gone. For the price, will be... More
