We booked a package deal through the Aston Hotel and Resort website. The room we reserved was a one bedroom ocean front condo. According to their website property policies the room should have been guaranteed at time of purchase. However, when we arrived we were told that they were all out of one bedroom units and we were given an... more

Aloha and mahalo for posting you comments on your recent stay here at Paki Maui. We do apologize if you felt you did not get the room you had reserved however in the case of the studio ocean front we often use these for couples when they are traveling. We only have a couple of studios and they are very...

I was a bit nervous having read the bipolar reviews on this place. WE LOVED IT. We stayed in Room 301, a 2 bd/2ba set up. It was clean and lovely. The bathrooms were updated. The kitchen was perfectly fine although still tile. I don't undestand complaining about not having granite countrtops - that's not what we came to MAUI... more

The room we had was very outdated. It had a view of the garden. No AC, just an ceiling fan. It was very uncomfortable at night since it was hot and humid. There was also a very small kitchenette with a refrigerator. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. We were able to check out an ocean front condo that was... more

Aloha and mahalo for providing you comments on your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that the accomodations here at the Paki Maui didn't meet your expectations. I'm not sure if the unit in which you stayed was in the Aston rental program here as all of our units have fully furnished kitchens, including a full refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave...

Condos vary, some recently udpated, others are not. We found our 2-bedroom ocean front suite to be very spacious with wonderful balconies and ocean views. The breezes from the ocean cooled the rooms sufficiently. During extended stay, housekeeping would ask if ok to just leave towels on some days. Some of the sliding doors to balcony and closets weren't working... more

I went thru Priceline and booked this Hotel for $80 a night. Not bad considering the lowest regular price for a hotel room with kitchen is around $150 a night. Place has kitchen, fridge, stovetop, oven which really helps when traveling with young children. Also the location is great, it's not by downtown Lahiana which is overcroweded but more towards... more

My mother and I stayed at Paki Maui unit 123 for the last several days on Maui. As I sat down to write my review on TripAdvisor I was shocked to read such a horrible review of this unit when I pulled it up in search. We found the unit to be beautiful and very clean. Just now as I... more

So I booked Paki Maui because it was the cheapest place I could find. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews on here but we had a great time staying here. We stayed in room 317 which someone just wrote a poor review about but we had no problems with the room. It wasn't modern or fancy... more

My husband and I just got home from our 7 day stay at Paki Maui. We also stayed in room 302 as I saw another reviewer mentioned. I guess I think your perspective on the room has a lot to do with your expectations. Based on the reviews I was a bit concerned that we'd be unhappy with our choice.... more

First off, I had a heck of a time as I booked this property through hotels.com, and a promised feature of the booking was not fulfilled. When we arrived for our 10-night stay in our original room, a garden view one bedroom in Room 317 awaited us and I was far from impressed and very unhappy. The fridge barely worked,... more

After reading the reviews of this hotel on this site before our trip we were a little scared that we were going to be staying in a horrible place but that was not the case. Our friends and us stayed in rm 306. It was a 2 bedroom. They had granite countertops stainless steel appliances. It was very clean. The... more
