I stayed at Bambula Inn (Mauka studio) end of Sept. 05 for 1 week. The studio is detached from the main house, is spacious and in a really quite neighbourhood. Air conditioning is there, it is a bit noisy, however at least in fall you do not really need it, just may be 5 minutes on when you come back... more

We stayed Mar 5-10, 2005, at the Bambula in the Makai suite. The suite is attached to the main house but it feels completely seperate. The suite has its own entrance, a kitchen stock with all the pots/pans/utencils you will need, bedroom and private bath. My wife and I spent the first week of our honeymoon at the Bambula Inn. The Mauka Studio (seperate from the main residence) was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A functional kitchen was provided, and there is a private attached deck to sit on. The ammenities are not quite as fancy as a new hotel... more
