My wife and I stayed at Lahaina Inn for 2 nights on our honeymoon and had a great time. On arrival we were offered a great deal to upgrade to a suite so we did. To get to the rooms you have to go up fairly narrow stairs (so if mobility is a problem this probably isn't the place for... more

We were flying standby and booked at the Lahaina Inn the night we got into Maui. We got a great rate through Trip Advisor (I believe it sent us to a link at hotels.com) so that worked out nicely. The rooms are small and if you want the quieter room go for the side facing away from the main street,... more

We managed to get a 50% discount, for only $75/night. For spendy Maui, that is a great deal. It's smack in the middle of Lahaina town, right off the waterfront. No pool, but lovely plantation-style decor, including really cool rocking chairs on the porches. The place has a breakfast room with fridge and toaster, so you can cater your own... more

Staying at the Lahaina Inn is much like going back in time 40-50 years. And, this includes the friendly, neighborly hospitality and helping hand that we were accustomed to back then. If you are looking for a resort stay with all the extras or if you like condo style where you can cook, lie around, read and watch t.v., this... more

We just returned from our vacation to Maui and we stayed at the Lahaina Inn for 1 night. It is a small quaint hotel in the heart of Lahaina. We did not expect much, just a nice clean place to rest for the night, and we were not disappointed. The hotel and rooms are very simple and small (room #1),... more

Lahaina is a very unique little town anyway, and the Lahaina Inn fits perfectly with its surroundings. Very old, filled with anitiques, centrally located in the heart of of the little harbor town of Lahina. Late night check in consists of an envelope in your name on the front desk. If you want room service or personalized service, this is... more

The Lahaina Inn was a pleasant surprise as we were expecting the worst based upon reviews here, those people should have stayed at one of the characterless mega resorts elsewhere. Stepping into the lobby was like stepping back in time, rustic and charming. The staff was always happy to offer info and very easy going. The rooms are small but... more

We really enjoyed the Lahaina Inn. It is an old hotel with cool antiques everywhere if you like that sort of thing (see picture). Price was low for the area. It's right off Front Street in the heart of all the action, but the rooms are nice and quiet, except as noted below. We had two problems, which is why... more

Lahaina Inn is absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and very romantic. First trip to Maui with my fiance and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We booked the Makai suit which is bigger than the others and had a day bed in it. If you have a love for antiques then you will fall in love with... more

First off, this is not the Four Seasons and you are not paying for the 4 Seasons. The affordable hotel is perfect for those on a budget and do not require high maintenance. You will not be able to call the front desk after 7pm, but again, this is not a chain hotel. My wife and I bought a fifth... more
