We stayed at the Sheraton Maui and it was absolutely beautiful. Our room had the most amazing view. We had an opportunity to see a school of Dolphin swimming right off our balcony. The resort also had amazing restaurants and the app was extremely helpful.

I was at this resort for a conference and made a vacation out of it. From the time we got there to the time we left, everything was excellent! The complimentary valet parking on arrival was very good, the resort staff, readily assisted us at all times, they were really happy to see visitors! Their hospitality was beyond words, housekeeping... More

Typical Hawaiian hotel, open, manicured grounds, beautiful beach. Ask for the newer wing rooms if you want a larger room with a more modern bathroom, ask for the older wings if you want a better view with a quaint room look. No need to rent a car, shuttles get you most every place you need to go.

Fabulous 3 nights here. Huge resort that may have won architectural awards but to a newbie there was very little logic with layout! However, once oriented with identifying only the parts one needed to use all was well (I was not the only person to experience Groundhog Day with attempting to find one's wY round, and I am known for... We stayed here for 8 nights and were really sad to leave! This was our first time to Maui and rented a car to explore the island but each time we arrived at another beach location we kept saying the beach at the sheraton is better! If we were to return we wouldn't hire a car next time. The bEach... More

Great location, compared to all other hotels on that area, Sheraton has the best beach by far. Clean and comfortable rooms with great views. Breakfast menu was really rich and a lot of diner options with great view. We stayed 5 days and we will absolutely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome sunset, great beach! Staff was very friendly. I think it lacks compared to the other chain resorts there like the Marriott and the Hyatt, but overall very lovely and we'd definitely go back and stay there

Good Ka'anapali location and great food and service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a bit of luxury without the exorbitant prices. The on site restaurants are amazing and the property itself clean and inviting.

We just returned from a 7 night stay at the Sheraton Maui and were sorely disappointed with everything we experienced at this "resort". The room was shabby with scratched up furniture, moldy bathroom with no fan, shower fixture in need of replacement and repair, closet door that would not close, safe that did not work, dirty hand prints on the...
