The location and room were great, but check in was slow and front desk staff seemed unfriendly. It was hard to figure out what to do with the rental car. Went on a business trip to Maui and brought my wife who spent quite some time at the resort. The staff, rooms and views are outstanding. Nice dive spot right out front. My only complaint is the pool was a little cold. Overall great property. More

The facility is still beautiful and well-maintained, with walk-in access to one of the best snorkeling sites on Maui. Unlike the various Wailea resorts, the Sheraton at Black Rock is still priced within reach of families. More
