My wife an I stayed at the Sheraton Maui for our honeymoon for 6 nights beginning on May 25th. We used Starwood Points to reserve a junior suite. Upon arrival at the room with the bellman, we discovered a musty and mildew-like odor and immediately called the front desk. After politely letting the hotel management know of our situation, we... more

We stayed two nights, before moving to a private residence rental. We were at the farthest point of the resort, rooms 6102, 6103. The hotel was very accommodating regarding inter-connecting rooms, with children. We were suppose to have a deluxe oceanfront room. The room was oceanfront as long as you walked out your patio door and looked over the bushes.... more

My Wife and I spent 9 nights at the Sheraton for our Honeymoon of August 2006. Having travelled from London via LA, we were exhausted when we first arrived. Our Bellboy noticed were booked into a room that was a twin, obviously less than ideal for two newlyweds. The hotel could not do anything for us that night and instead... more

We chose the Sheraton Maui because our friend had recommended this hotel over the Westin. We were using our SPG points to stay the whole time. As soon as we got there, we politely asked for an upgrade and they placed us into Building 6, room 6308. Our bellman helped us get to the parking lot and helped us bring... more

I have been to Maui many times but never stayed at the Sheraton. An impromtu two-night trip with mom, I booked the hotel directly with reservations who gave me a great Kamaa'ina (resident) rate for an ocean view room. We received a fresh orchid lei upon arrival and although valet parking is something like $15/day (can't really remember), it is... more

Recently stayed at Sheraton Maui end of June for one week. Resort is large with a long river-like pool, that winds under bridges throughout the property. Rooms aren't overly luxurious (we were in Bldg. 3, where things seemed a bit outddated, but I understand from other reviewers that other buildings have been renovated). The bed/pillows were VERY comfortable (I'm a... more

We had an awesome Ocean View room on the back side of Black Rock, away from the rest of the hotel. It had an amazing view of Molokai and Lanai. Because we were away from the main area, it was somewhat of a trek to get to the lobby/main wing, beach, and pool involving 2 elevators and a lot of... more

If you're looking for tranquil paradise this place isn't it but that's down to the the resort not the hotel. The hotel is big so it's not a romantic honeymoon location. In terms of the resort, the hotel is in a fantastic location, pool area is nice, the beach is beautiful and the black rocks provide great snorkelling opportunities. The... more

Our stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort was very pleasant, fun, and relaxing. The hotel grounds are beautiful (if not a little confusing to navigate; this is a big complex, be sure to read and follow the directional signs for the long trek from your car to your room. And remember, the lobby is on the third floor.) The staff... more

Stayed at this hotel after staying in Waikiki Sheraton and the difference is amazing. When we arrived we parked in the main entrance parking. We went to book in and were told we had parked our car the wrong way round as cars had to be parked front of the car facing the front(dont ask why!!!!!) and could we turn... more
