Located one block from Lahaina’s Main Street, The Plantation Inn is a beautiful place. It has 18 rooms and a pool in the backyard. The property is fenced and you need your room key to enter. My husband and I had room #5. It is a cozy room with a huge balcony. It is, however, a little noisy in the... More

We loved our stay at The Plantation Inn. A perfect base from which to explore Lahaina and all it has to offer. The team looked after us so well, helping to make arrangements for tours and activities although the standout member was Lynette and her warm welcome who made everything possible. We can't wait to come back.

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Maui. Its in a perfect location and to me, the most beautiful property to stay in for a bed and breakfast. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and it was so quaint and picture perfect. You get a complimentary breakfast served down by the pool which... More

Plantation Inn is located in the heart of Lahaina. This is not a luxury hotel. But for the price, this is an excellent stay with good sized comfortable rooms and a nice pool in a gerat location. You can't really walk to the beach though. The hotel also happens to house a really good French restaurant (Gerard's). Breakfast was included,... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Plantation Inn for our babymoon and we loved it! It's a fantastic location right in Lahaina, so close to the shops and restaurants, and just a short drive up to the beach at Kaanapali. It has so much character, and the french toast for breakfast was awesome. The room was a... More

If you want a sample of the authentic Hawaii this is the place. So much better than the big resort hotels. Beautifully decorated room with stained glass double doors to a balcony with sofa and chair overlooking pool. It was perfect Food in Gerard's restaurant was the best in the town. I would always come her if visiting Maui

I think there are only 18 rooms, but the place is so wonderful. It's so peaceful with the birds singing around the quiet pool area. It could be a chunk of paradise moved to earth. If you want peace and quiet then this is for you. It's not far from the Main Street in Lahaina. The staff are friendly and... More

Been to Maui before but not in the Lahaina area. The Inn is on nondescript Lahainaluna St. and is one block from Front Street, a.k.a. Maui's Bourbon Street. Two tattoo parlors are in walking distance if you need to improve your dermatological graphics. The Inn itself is very nice; our room (#9) was large and had a very large balcony... More

This is the second time we have stayed here. We spend most of our time in a condo in Kahana, and finish up here. Why? 1) You're within walking distance of everything you'd want to see or do in Lahaina. For free. That means you don't have to troll or fight for street parking, and don't have to worry about... We enjoyed the Plantation Inn very much. The staff was very welcoming and the room was delightful. We could walk all around the historic district of Lahaina. Breakfast was delicious and dinner at Gerard's was the best.
