From the moment you step through the doorway, you are in paradise. The waterfall and decor is beautiful. You are greeted by a smiling girl to put a shell lei on you and you check in at the gorgeous open-air front desk with more fountains and flamingos. Concierge are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern, glass... More

Recently I stayed at Ka'anapali The Westin Maui Resort & Spa and I must say the property and grounds were beautiful and the staff was friendly, warm and attentive to our needs. The pool and waterslides were a plus. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a nice ocean front suite. Breakfast buffet was included for 2. The buffet... More

With being our first time to Maui we had no idea where to stay. This place was gorgeous. Very clean property and the rooms were great. I highly recommend staying here. My husband and I enjoyed here very much.the beach was beautiful, the free shuttle were definite bonuses. The restaurants were good on this property and lunch served at he... More

Fabulous resort with amazing location and facilities. Only downfall was the size of the rooms which were quite small compared to similar resorts that we stayed elsewhere in Hawaii. Pools were fabulous as were the hotel restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very reasonable price (less than $300/ night for ocean view) and is situated on the best section of Kaanapali for swmming. The hotel is very clean and food was very reasonable priced for Hawaii. This property is directly next door to Wailers' Shops so you have lots of shopping and restaurants within 3 min walk. Pool has... More

I came here with a corporate group, not by selection. I wouldn't recommend staying here because there are so many better options on Maui. PROS 1. Free shuttle to retail locations nearby. 2. Located in Ka'anapali. 3. Shopping area about 5min walk (alcohol, pool toys, retail) 4. Have flamingos and koi in the lobby pond. 5. Empty mini fridge in... More

This hotel was a great place to stay on our trip to Maui. The moment you enter, you are in a luxurious setting with waterfalls and flamingos. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. The only negative I have to mention is the elevator at the south end of the hotel. This thing is obnoxiously loud and any... More

The hotel lobby starts a beautiful Maui experience, complete with flamingos and koi in the gorgeous pond/waterfall/pool area. Right in ka'anapali beach. Lovely paved walkway for morning run up and down the beach . Rooms very nice. Outside bar has good food. Only complaint is you can't use the pools if you stay at the villas and the monitor it... We recently stayed with the Westin for our honeymoon. We had a really hard time picking between the Westin and the Sheraton but ultimately decided on the Westin due to its pools, location (SO close to the Whalers Village), and nearby activities. We were extremely pleased with the Westin and have zero regrets picking this hotel. The hotel itself is... More

We recently enjoyed a week and this property. Expect to pay $30/ night which includes standard wi-fi, parking and two bottles of water daily. PROS 1. Great location, just steps away from the beach and whaler's village, which offers decent shopping. This hotel is situated right in the middle of ka'anapali beach providing easy access to literally everything. 2. Like... More
