Stayed 8 nights for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it!! I will keep this review very brief; Pros- Location. We drove all over the island and I would absolutely stay on the west side of the island every time Room- very clean and comfortable, we were upgraded to a partial ocean view. Pool- wonderful service, great pool Beach- a pleasant... more

My husband I had couples massage at the Spa. It was the worst experience. The spa itself was just okay. But the service was horrible. The therapists dropped rocks on the floor- which was annoying. The room was cold. They did not even know how to work the whirpool tub. It was not relaxing at all. For all the money... more

This was probably the least favorite of all the places I have stayed. I always try to give pros and cons in my reviews so that they are specific but need to point out that I can't remember giving as bad of a review as I am about to do. Nothing "bad" happened on the trip, I never dealt with... more

We are staying at the new Club Residences that opened here a month ago and wanted to say they are top quality all the way. Beautiful views of the bay, Lanai and Molokai right off your huge lanai, fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops and huge bedrooms can't be beat. As the property is still new, it is not at all... more

So before I begin I must say that I have been labeled by my friends and family as a hotel snob. I'm very picky when it comes to hotel rooms. Our last stay in Maui, my hubby and I stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani and really enjoyed our stay, but this time we wanted to be closer to restaurants... more

Aloha! Okay so the wife and I stayed at the Ritz June 9th-15th to celebrate our anniversary and attend the Kapalua Wine and Food event. Now the wife and I have stayed at 5 star adults only resorts and 1 star European communal bathroom sharing hotels and everything in between. Just a side note, if you are used to the... more

We just spent six fabulous nights at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua and it was magnificent. We stayed in one of the residential suites that was bigger than my first apartment! Beautiful furniture, two flat screen tvs, a bed that you just want to sink in, two balconies, and all the appointments that you would ever want! The staff at this... more

If you are wanting to experience a romantic hotel that offers 5-star treatment, I would not recommend this hotel. I did not think they were attentive to details or accommodating. After a long and tiring travel day, my husband and I arrived in Kapalua. When we checked in, it was like any other hotel experience. We were not greeted with... more

My wife, daughter and I had just five days in Maui, but we made the most of it at the Ritz at Kapalua. the location--off by itself within the thousands of acres of former plantation now groomed as gardens and golf course, is in my mind what is most special about this resort. You feel far from the crowds at... more

we checked in for 14 nights on June 8th ( yes were still here). we are staying using marriott points so i was hoping at best to get an upgraded view from the mountain view booked. We were upgraded to a residence suite without even asking along with an ocean view. The decor is first class, built in sub-zero along... more
