We stayed in Unit 403 which we booked on vrbo. Many good things about this unit/location: 1. sofabed for the boys 2. air conditioning + fans 3. refrigerator/full kitchen, also includes washer/dryer in unit! 4. hawaii feel decor 5. convenient elevator 6. nice grill by the ocean 7. reasonable pool 8. DVD library in the laundry room (kids movies too!)... More

PROS: 1. You are only a few feet from the ocean--so when you first arrive & open the door you have this great view of the ocean thru the lanai. 2. Condo was well stocked with every utensil you would need to cook a meal. That is one of the main reasons one does get a condo--to save money by... More

We spent 11 days here and would go again. Our condo was updated and the air conditioner didn't work which maintenance told us about but it didn't matter. The crosswind was freaking amazing. The best sleep ever from the ocean sounds. We were so close I could throw a coin into the ocean from our room. Turtles, eels, crabs everyday... More

The condo, overall, was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. There are nice TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, and the kitchen is stocked with every utensil you can think of. There are plenty of beach items, such as chairs, cooler, toys, etc. The only problem was that the microwave didn't work. It would turn on... More

We stayed in Unit 204, which is a corner unit on the South end of the building, facing the ocean. We stayed for 10 days from March 28 to April 7th over Easter. When I first unlocked the door and walked in, I was overwhelmed. It was about 2 pm and as you walk in, your first view is of... More

We stay on Maui at least twice a year if we can get away with it - usually at our timeshare at the Maui Marriott, and then also at a smaller property in the Honokowai/Kahana area. The Kaleialoha is on the "low" road north of Kaanapali and sits right on the water. We stayed in Unit 105, which is a... More

Stayed for 6 nights in March for getaway week on Maui. First time on the island. Thought this condo worked out great. Very clean, everything was in very good condition. View from the 2nd floor deck was outstanding, water view, could see Lanai and Molokai, and even the occasional sign of a passing whale. Was very private - the only... More

Great view of ocean but all that beauty can't make up for the tired condition of the unit. Bathroom fixtures are old and tired and kitchen needs an upgrade. Furniture is not comfortable and not something you can relax in after a day in the sun. The master king bed is very comfortable and the outside furniture is fine but... More

We have stayed here 3 times. The ocean, 20 feet away. Sea turtles, every morning. The sound of surf, all day. It doesn't get any better. No, you don't have shopping next door, but I didn't come to Hawaii to shop. The condos have everything you need. We are planning our return!

This is a reasonably priced condo that is very nice. We have stayed here three years in a row and are never disappointed. The beds are very comfortable and they are very clean. It is a smaller property and they are all one bedroom condos with beach front. You can see whales and turtles from. The lanai. We love this... More
