Finished a 7-day stay on Maui with 2-nights at the Hyatt. Honestly, should have stayed with the Hyatt since day 1. We had a good time at another resort, but we enjoyed the Hyatt better. Bell staff great. Check-in staff great. The Lei welcome and cool towels are a very nice touch. Upgraded on arrival to the Regency Club level.... More

My husband and I are staying for 5nights in a mountainview room looking out to the golf course kanapali and if standing on the balcony you get a lovely seaview. After reading some old reviews I was a bit worried.I neednt have been..A gorgous resort..maybe a little tired in parts but overall wonderful..as said before the grounds and pools and beach... Beautiful resort and very impressive service. Lovely beach. Excellent pool. The gardens are full of wildlife. Walking to breakfast each morning we passed swans, flamingos, parrots and my favourites - the penguins. Great location. 10 minute drive from Front Street where there's heaps of great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints here.

My wife and kids loved the Hyatt! The views were amazing and grounds were meticulous and beautiful. The ocean is steps away. I gave it a five star because the Luau was the highlight of our stay. We had a great server, Joe, he was so friendly and genuine, and made the experience a lot of fun for our family.... More

My husband and I went to Hawaii and stayed on three different islands at three different hyatts for our honeymoon. This is the best hotel I have ever been to and we have done a lot of traveling. The staff made our honeymoon is much more special and the hotel is beautiful w everything we wanted and more. I wish... More

Good location near Lahaina. Good food. Reduced appetizers and drinks during Happy Hour. Staff was wonderful. They shipped left behind clothing over to our next hotel in Honolulu. Nice work out center overlooking the water.

I am extremely happy that my boyfriend and I chose this hotel for our 7 day stay. Plenty of amazing restaurants to eat at on hotel grounds. There isn't a beach but it is less than a 15 min walk down the strip and it's actually nice to be away from all the crowdedness from the other hotels on the... More

I can give you ten reasons not to stay in this hotel and not to stay with Hyatt. 1. Construction--you might as well wear a hard hat if you stay here. It's noisy and will cause you stress. (They are building a time share next door. If you get a "discounted rate" they won't tell you that it's because you'll... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa from August 12 - 18 with my family. Upon entering the grounds there was construction right beside the resort but it did not interfere with my stay at all. The staff were always sincere with a smile and very friendly. I was impressed by the speed and service that they... More

A wonderful well located hotel with top notch facilities and comfortable rooms. Our rooms have incredible straight on ocean views and the sound of the surf. Unfortunately, the wonderful experience is utterly destroyed by the hard core competition for chaise lounges at the pool. Although only about 20% of the lounges are generally occupied, almost all of the unoccupied lounges... More
