I can give you ten reasons not to stay in this hotel and not to stay with Hyatt. 1. Construction--you might as well wear a hard hat if you stay here. It's noisy and will cause you stress. (They are building a time share next door. If you get a "discounted rate" they won't tell you that it's because you'll... More

A wonderful well located hotel with top notch facilities and comfortable rooms. Our rooms have incredible straight on ocean views and the sound of the surf. Unfortunately, the wonderful experience is utterly destroyed by the hard core competition for chaise lounges at the pool. Although only about 20% of the lounges are generally occupied, almost all of the unoccupied lounges... More

So much has changed since I last saw this place back in 2008. ENTRANCE: They're going through some major renovations as of July 2014 so beware. The main driveway is gone. A new timeshare tower is going up right next to the Napili Tower in the former parking lot. Barricades are up and blocks any view of the first level... More

Service: Staff service was not consistent - from the parking attendants to the folks serving food at Umalu. Some of the staff seemed annoyed and couldn't be troubled for a warm greeting. However, our server at the Japanese restaurant and the folks at Spa Moana were fantastic! Food: I will go elsewhere. I paid for convenience since I didn't want... More

This place is amazing! To the upgrade of the regency club room to free parking. The pool side was so relaxing and the divided area between the kids pool and the main pool was great! The steak house was great for a romantic evening meal! Would defiantly stay here again!!

This Hyatt Hotel is overpriced and over rated and run down. There is no beach and there is sharp coral only 15 feet in, this is where I ripped the nail off my toe. Everyone at the hotel that did go in the ocean clearly had scrapes and bruises. See my video and pictures. The Hotel Doctors office is a... More

Getting up early in the morning and going down to the lobby to find the breeze going through the lobby is a highlight of not only this trip but one of the best memories of any vacation. Staff so pleasant. The water on that part of the island is spectacular. Without any hesitation I'd recommend strongly.

The location is excellent and the scenery is beautiful. Very convenient to many things including shopping on site. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every staff member we walked by would would say hello. There are penguins, swans, flamingos, ducks, fish as well as a bird in beautiful settings. Concierge service is very knowledgeable and helpful with advise and... More

We just got back from the Hyatt. From the moment we got there it was amazing. We booked an obstructed view for a great price. We were on the fifth floor with a view of the ocean. Construction never bother us. Enjoyed the two for one breakfast most days but the last two days discovered Rubys in the Whalers village... More

We pulled up and four bellmen watched as my wife pulled our luggage from the car. Only after we loaded and dragged it over to check in did a bellman ask if he could help. Not a good start. Not enough common area for the number of guest. Pool lounge chairs are crammed together side to side only allowing guest... More
