Beautiful location. The grounds were well kept. Housekeeping wasn't the best but I've seen worse. Really not bad for the price you pay. The staff were very helpful and friendly too. I'd stay there again.

Resort is condos situated within sight of coastline. A 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk are the 2 best beaches on Maui. Sharing Andaz property is one beach and the other directly to the right. I mention this because each section of the Pas has a large pool and especially tiles spa where people lau and gather throughout the... More

Stayed here for 8 nights in November and I could not be more satisfied. My unit was welcoming, comfortable and lovely. It even had a balcony at the back, and the beds were nice and cozy. On the downside, I once got locked out of my room despite entering the correct combination. Luckily, the front desk was extremely happy to... More

Just wanted to say thanks to matt the manager for replying to my previous review. You're right I should have done more research and booked a car. As for the location, as I had read before I left - perfect, the ideal place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy resorts. Wailea and the palms stunning place.

We spent 12 nights at the Palms of Wailea and this was the second time we have stayed here. Excellent accommodation and the experience very relaxing with a garden view one bedroom. One small suggestion and that is use bottled water for your coffee as tap water just doesn't cut it. Hopefully will return in the future

Aloha Frank. Mahalo for taking the time to review our property after your nice long stay with us. This little oasis is centrally located on Maui in the quiet community of Wailea and normally offers a peaceful tranquil oasis relaxing in the unit or after a day of exploring Maui. Thank you for your kind words. Mahalo. Matt Swartz More

We stayed at the Palms for the second year in a row. Fantastic location, beautiful, big lanai off the unit and personal BBQs. Pool area and grounds are lovely. Never a problem to get a spot by the pool. Resort staff is very friendly and helpful --- especially the lady from Sweden. She is a gem. Down side --- Owners,... More

We spent two weeks in Maui at the Palms with anoth couple. All the comforts of home. We had a toilet malfunction and it was corrected immediately, without any inconvenience to us. It was well equipped. Would definitely stay again

We recently stayed here in a two bedroom condo with six friends. It was really perfect and spacious for all of us. We had a huge living space and amazing balcony that over looked the gardens and ocean in the distance. We were all very impressed with our stay.

Aloha Matt. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time here and that you and your friend were comfortable in our spacious condos. 1200 sq. ft. of indoor space feels even larger due to the 200+ sq. ft. of lanai space which compliments the indoor/outdoor living here in Hawaii. We are so pleased that you were impressed and... More

Just coming to the end of 3 weeks at the Palms in ocean view unit 1604. This is our fourth stay at The Palms and we always find it good accommodation. Spacious. Condo #1509 - Great stay but condo needs updating. The condo was very spacious but be aware that the "second" bedroom was a sliding closet door and may be uncomfortable for guest who need/like complete quiet. Te condo only has A/C in the master bedroom and there is an outrageous fee ($20/day). The issues that we encountered was black mold... More

Aloha Superchentel. Mahalo for taking the time to provide some valuable feedback about your time here. Readers will appreciate your observation about our ‘guest’ bedroom as they are indeed separated from the living area by sliding louver doors. Additionally, the original developer only installed a/c in the master bedroom but I am happy to report that some owners have retrofitted... More
