I'm guessing one reason the construction project NEXT DOOR to Nani Kai Hale was not disclosed was because no one knew when it was going to start. We stayed at 309 and you could not have asked for anything more. Had everything, quiet, well maintained, beautiful view 180 degrees off the balcony, laundry and trash disposal on every floor, fantastic heated pool, great walking beach, comfortable outside chairs, great place for cooking out, easy recycling accessibility. Would stay there if I could.
