I stayed in a ground floor condo, D-112 for a week back in May 2011. The condo was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including extra sunblock, beach toys, utensils, towels, etc... The building and decor is a bit older, but for the price, I can't complain. This is not some luxurious hotel that you pay an arm and... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week in November. The one bedroom ground level unit was large and had everything we needed.... well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, and all the beach toys (beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, beach towels, and floaties). Our unit was on the ground floor facing the swimming pool, but was very private due... More

We stayed in unit B103 for a week in the middle of November. It's not a central location in Kihei, but it's very quiet and you can't beat the price. It's clean and the pool and hot tub are very nice. It's across the street from a nice walking beach and if you go north, you get to a really... More

Aloha, Mahalo for staying at our vacation rental and leaving such a fantastic review. I was browsing through the reviews and answering the ones that specified to have stayed at our units when I came across yours. Your comments are greatly appreciated. I do believe that many visitors will also find your review useful as it is very detailed and... More

Kihei is "condo city", so many to choose from, it gets mind boggling, especially as you do need to rent a car during your stay in Maui. For location, spacious condo living space, tropical landscaping, a large pool, proximity to the Ocean and beaches, oh and the sunsets, you cannot go wrong at the Kihei Bay Vista. I forgot, prices... Some of these condos are owner occupied or rented out so conditions inside could vary. D204 was fully stocked from laundry soap to boogie board.Decor was 80s in appearance but in good clean condition. Flat screen in living room and TV in bedroom. Pillow top bed very comfy but fold out sofa NOT. Tropical grounds and pool well maintained. Very... More

Kehei Bay Vista is a short drive from the Kahului Airport (OGG) and centrally located from all places on the island. If you're looking for a posh resort, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for quiet, clean accomodations, a place to be where you can conveniently drive to anywhere on the island, where you're looking to cook your... My wife and I both felt Kihei Bay Vista D101 was just what we were looking for. The unit was clean and modern and came loaded with everything needed. The complex is also kept clean and has that Hawaiian feel to it. North Kihei is the ideal location for those who want to explore the island because of it’s central... More

We stayed in an upper unit that we rented though VRBO. The unit was very dirty with the original appliances. Our thought was maybe the owner was an absentee and hasn't been to the unit in a long time. All the kitchen utensils were miss matched, the rugs were so dirty we rolled them up. We literally spent 3 days... More

We stayed at the Kihei Bay Vista in unit A-203 for a week in January 2011. We booked an air and condo package through Escapes.ca (West Jet Vacations). Although the property and grounds are nice enough, the condo unit was horrible. Everything was falling apart. There was no TLC put into this place and nothing looked like it was updated... More

Kihei Bay Vista is just 100 meters from the beach, but snorkeling/swimming there is not the best as water is a bit murky. You can still see some fish, but snorkeling is much better in Wailea. In the morning and evening you can see locals coming to fish there. The condos are just 10 min drive from Kamaole I-III beaches,... More
