We were looking last minute for a condo style place in Maui when our initial reservation at a different place fell through. We found this place and it happened to be open at 7pm when we called. The property was clean, appliances / decor were basic. The room came with wifi but it was probably the slowest internet I have... More

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved every moment we had in this condo. Newly renovated and very modern decor. It is 1 bedroom unit and perfect for a couple. Bathroom and kitchen area were beautiful. Although the a/c was only in the main living room area, it was pretty strong and kept that part of... More

If you are into the pool area thing then this place is not for you. It has a very small pool. But you are in Hawaii so you should be at the beach! Every condo 4th floor and higher looks at the ocean on one side and the volcano on the other. No need for A/C as the ocean breezes... More

We stayed in unit #403 and found everything to be just fine. The air conditioner didn't cool the back bedroom though. The views of the ocean were fantastic and leaving the sliding glass doors open while the screens were closed was wonderful!

This place is ok but would be great if there is AC! There was not enough winds to cool the condo. The humidity was to high to gol without AC. Most of the windows did not open or only partially opened. Note to parents with kids...keep the noise down. I had a family next to my bedroom that left there... More

My family of 7 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 11, 10 and 5 year old) just stayed in a 3 bedroom (unit 501) for 10 nights. We had several family members with us in other 1 and 2 bedroom units also. We all liked the location - not right on busy S.Kihei road but a very short walk to... More

We arrived after spending a week up in the northwest area for a week which was very quiet unlike the Kihei area, which we found very noisy. The condo is very well laid out and has most of the amenities one would want with a few bathroom extras included. Beach towels were supplied along with other beach supplies in a... More

This is a great location in Kihei with lots shops and restaurants close by. The condo was roomy, well equipped and suited our stay quite well. It is showing its age and could do with some updating but everything worked, and the place was clean. For the excellent price this met all our needs

We've stayed here twice, two weeks each time. Great location across from Kamaole I beach (the best of the three). The 1BR units are a bit variable and a bit small, but work just fine for a couple. Rose and Vince take very good care of you -- they give good guidance regarding the available units, and assist if there's... More

Stayed for eight nights and can only recommend this place. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The view from the 6th floor was spectacular and I took some of the most impressive sunset pictures right from the balcony. The building was very quiet (we enjoyed it as we wanted to relax) Frank who owns the place was extremely polite and... More
