We stayed here for five nights in one of the apartments, looking over the ocean. The room was clean and spacey. There was no host to welcome us, but there was a basket with treats on arrival day and the fridge was stocked with goodies. We could hear the guests talking in the room next to us, but it never... more

We stayed in Pineapple Inn for a leisure get away and stayed in the Lanai Room. The rooms are extremely clean. The quilted bedspread was soft as well as the sheets (not crusty bedspreads like some places). They had a great shower which was very, very clean. That was one thing I really took note of because the rooms were... more

We stayed here for several nights during a visit to Maui. Very nice, clean accomodations. Small kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker, etc. Stocked with coffee, muffins, fruit, juices. Nice patio with ocean view. Great sunsets. Close to lots of dining options--Try Cuatro or Cafe O'Lei in Kihei. Grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept. Pool area nice. Owners are... more

We returned to the Pineapple Inn after staying there last year and being thoroughly pleased with just about everything both times. Two years ago we stayed in the Marriott, so we have some basis of comparison. We tend to be turned off by the glitz of the big and very expensive resorts that are also painfully crowded. We believe that... more

THANK YOU Mark & Steve for your courteous & friendly hospitality to all of us who stayed at the Pineapple Inn and to our extended family and friends from Australia and Norway who visited us at the Inn during our 3 week stay. We were in Maui for our son's wedding and the Pineapple Inn was a WONDERFUL gathering place... more

Lush emaculate grounds; wonderful hosts; superb accommodations from the room/cabin to the stocked kitchen to the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The hosts have though of it all. This is a place that I will definitely visit again and again. more

WOW! That is all that I can say! The Pineapple Inn was wonderful. The place was adorable, very clean, fridge was stocked for us! The bathroom was all tile and super clean. We had our own semi private lanai. We were allowed to use their grill so we went to the grocery and bought steaks one night, fixed them on... more

I'm so glad we stayed at the Pineapple. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and we were hopping between islands, trying to see as much as we could of each island....therefore, not laying at the beach much. Why spend $300/night at a resort that you're not going to use? The property is beautiful, flowers everywhere, nice pool, the room... more

We stayed here in mid-May 2009, in the cottage with our daughter and son-in-law. The grounds were fabulous, the cottage was beautiful and well-equipped, and Indie (their pup) was a doll! This would be an amazing place for a honeymoon, family get-together, or just plain R & R from the real world. We liked it so much we decided to... more

This was our second stay at the Pineapple Inn and it was even better the second time around. There have been upgrades to the property...new carpet and flooring, wainscoting, and improved bedding. The beds were very comfortable! The property is still beautifully maintained and cared for. Although the islands have grown increasingly expensive, the Pineapple Inn still remains an outstanding... more
