We have stayed all over Maui in previous trips, but the Pineapple Inn is by far the best we have found. It had so many five star reviews, I thought it must be a mistake. Our nine days there proved the other reviews were accurate. Cleverly designed with numerous plantings and located in a residential neighborhood, you never know but... More

This was a beautiful place and I daydream about it every day back in chilly Wisconsin! The grounds were luxuriously landscaped, with beautiful palms and flowers everywhere--and yes, tiny pineapples growing right there. Upstairs in the Makena Room, we could see the blue, blue ocean from our lanai and the lemony sun greeted us every morning. We watched the sun... More

Perfect location and perfect hosts! A wonderful hideaway just a short jaunt from the beach. Pool and deck area are wonderful to come to at the end of a day at the beach or sightseeing. We stayed in the cottage with our two teenagers and my parents stayed in the bed and breakfast. Lanai room. They were steps away from... More

This B&B has beautiful grounds and nicely appointed rooms. I could watch the whales from the lanai. Very friendly hosts, willing to help you with anything (good for recommendations of where to go and what to do too). The pool is wonderful, but watching the sun rise (it takes a while to clear the mountain) or set from the hot... More

This was my first time staying in a small Inn. I thought I would give it a chance. I'm so glad I did! Of all of the places I have stayed on Maui, this was the best! I can't say enough great things about this place. I have already booked another stay for 2015. I can't wait to return!!

Gracious hosts, with beautifully landscaped grounds. Coffee maker and other breakfast items in room, ready to go. View toward ocean from lanai is great. Shed full of beach equipment - coolers, boards, umbrellas, etc, free for guests to use. We stayed 5 nights a couple of years ago and another 5 this trip (Jan. 2014). Other than some of the... More

We stayed at the Pineapple Inn while on our honeymoon in May of 2012 and found it to be quiet, clean, private, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained as well. We enjoyed the simple breakfast of muffins, fruit, and other small items that was left in the room for us because it allowed us... More

We stayed at the Pineapple Inn for 5 days for the second stop on our honeymoon. We really enjoyed the P. Inn. Mark was very friendly and welcoming. He was super helpful with anything we needed and was very easy to contact. We stayed in the Molokini room, which had a wonderful lanai and partial ocean view. The room was... More

My wife and I stayed at the Pineapple Inn located in Kihei, Maui, in early November, 2013. The accommodations were splendid and included a bedroom, kitchenette, bath and outstanding lanai. The grounds featured a saltwater pool and hot tub, with beautifully landscaped grounds. Everything you needed for trips to the beach were available. The owners were extremely warm and friendly... Stayed at the cottage located at the inn and loved it! Beautiful grounds, spotless accommodations and gracious hosts. Lots of beach-related items available for use (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) short drive to a number of beaches and many restaurants. Would stay there again without question!
