We stayed in this lovely place Apri; 6,7, and 8, 2013. Every positive review written before this one is true. It was a pleasant and comforting place-within minutes of arrival (first timers in Hawaii) we saw 2 wild parrots and a cardinal land in the bird bath. Particularly appreciated the daily breakfast of fresh fruit and breads, the large supply... More

My wife and I love hiking and so, when we are looking for a place to stay, it has to be conveniently located and a place that we can call home after a day on the trail. Hale Huanani certainly fit the bill. We stayed in the Manako cottage, which was bright, clean, and quiet. It was certainly very nice... More

Actually that title has a double meaning. This is an ideal place for couples, and it's shared with a colony of escaped/feral lovebirds living in a palm tree a short distance away and making frequent visits to the well-stocked bird feeder on the edge of the cool lower lanai outside our bedroom door. If you like gardens and birds you'll... More

All the reviews are absolutely true, this is the best B&B I have ever been to. It is so comfortable and luxe, they really thought of every single detail. Fresh breakfast was delicious, there were some snacks, a large bottle of juice, toothpaste, deadorant and other amenities, bananas, macadamia nuts, beachtowels, snorkelgear, dvd's, books, chocolates too many things to mention.... We had an awesome stay in the cottage from 2/9/13 - 2/16/13. It was like we were in our own house. It was very private. We never saw any of the other tenants. The owners were there if you had any questions. Chuck was there to greet us when we arrived. The POG juice was so refreshing. The breakfast every... More

Stayed in the Cottage for 5 days. Excellent throughout. Chuck and Susan were very helpful with breakfast served in own private courtyard. Washing Machine and Dryer were provided for own use plus barbecue and beach furniture. Situated in nice neighborhood with private parking. Tour of the garden showed where some of the breakfast came from. We were from England and... More

For the price, this offers great convenience and warm hospitality. It is not on the beach, but at a moderate elevation in a safe and attractive residential neighborhood called Maui Meadows. The hosts reside on the second floor and guests are located in two studios below the hosts' home and in a separate cottage. The studios have a small kitchenette... More

We stayed here over the holidays, Dec. 26, for several days. This is a very nice place to set up base camp. We spent our days traveling to other parts of the island and then returned to the B&B each night. Access is quite easy and there is parking too. The room was immaculate, quite, except for the birds in... More

We have just returned from our second stay at Hale Huanani in 12 months. Susan and Chuck have made this place a beautiful home away from home, providing everything you need for your stay. The first time we stayed we were in the Ma'ia Studio and this time the Cottage. They are both great, the cottage a little bit more... More
