We just got back from KAC211 after three glorious weeks in a condo that anyone would be pleased to call home. Perry, the owner, could not have been more helpful responding to all of my questions promptly and courteously. The condo was beautifully renovated a short time ago with no expense spared, tile floors throughout, a dynamite kitchen with high... More

My wife and I are here for 10 days with our adult children and grand children. We have 3 condos rented in the c building 417,418 and 518. both of the 400 condos were rented from HVR and they are remodeled and decent furniture as well as kitchen utensils ect. We rented 518 online from the owner thinking we would... More

As the owner of C-518 this review is all about the firmness of the bed. This unit happens to have a firm mattress in it and many of my clients repeat their rentals in this unit because they say their back hurts in units with a soft mattress. A repeat client just booked a 2 month stay in this unit... More

We recently stayed in unit D416 and loved it. It was a very clean well kept condo. We really enjoyed the key less entry and the elevators were the fastest I've ever seen. We had a view of Haleakala and could watch the sun come up every morning. Short walk to Kameole 2 beach and lots of nearby restaurants/cafes. All... More

We rented D405. The furniture was new. Floors were all ceramic tile so easy to keep clean. The person we rented from was great. Nice view of the ocean and wonderful sunsets! This is a one bedroom, full kitchen, and sofa bed. It is a good location. There is no air conditioning but great breezes keeps it cool. The beach... More

Great location for this 1 bdrm condo. Steps from Kihei beach for sunsets. Can walk a long way along beaches. Shops close by for basic needs. I did not have a car and for a beach holiday did not need one. Bus stops close by. Quiet and pleasant balcony for meals. Laundry, beach chairs an asset. Condo is well laid... More

We stayed in unit C618 for 8 nights. It had everything we needed--a location right across the street from the beach; a quiet place in which to relax and sleep (the top floor); sand toys, an adult boogie board, and lots of snorkel equipment. The pantry was well stocked. This unit had an air conditioner in the living room (not... More

I stayed in room D501 recently. The condos were centrally located in Kihei next to several shops. The place wasn't bad. The room was just a studio. It would be great if you were using as a place to sleep and have breakfast in the morning. It had a full kitchen. The fridge and stove were great. The coffee maker... More

Room C401 shows signs of ageing but quite a nice studio for an older place in a good location. Biggest problem is lack of sleep, after a few days I'm already exhausted from not getting a decent night's sleep. The air conditioner is so old and noisy it's impossible to sleep with it running, and nighttime temperature of 24°C (75°F)... More

I was familiar with location. The entirety of the property is ok, the layout is a bit odd. Parking assigned and scattered. Entrance to C building directs past the dumpster, stinky. The condo was part of a timeshare exchange, 1bedroom, included washer and dryer which was a plus. Probably one of the best equipped kitchen areas, with great pots, lots of serving dishes, and all appliances worked well.
