We stayed in #254 which had a myriad number of problems: Stains on the rug and a chair, cracked mirrored closet door, holes in the sheets, no mattress pad, bedroom windows which would not close, delapidated bedroom furniture, old towels, broken dining room table, dirty refrigerator, oven not properly cleaned out, cracked and chipped toothbrush holder, dirty fake plants, broken... more

When I read this response, I immediately spoke with the Kihei Kai Nani Rental Mgmt (on- site) about this. Each unit is individually owned, therefore, each owner can choose to represent themselves; and guests can rent directly from the owner.
