Just returned from Maui - spent 5 days at Punahoa Beach Apt and 4 days in Hana. A few comments: The location of the Apartments is great - on a quiet street right on the beach. However, there aren't many good restaurants in Kihei - we ended up driving to Lahaina 2 nights to eat (~35 min drive each way).... more

I still dream about this vacation! The condos were absolutly amazing and perfect. Half our trip was in Punahoa and half was in the Four Season Maui - we liked Punahoa, the convenient access to the beach, the local stores, etc. far better than at the Four Season (mind you, it was NICE, but not where I'd choose to stay).... more

Loved this complex. Stayed here last summer and can't wait to go back. If you rather have a big hotel scene with a pool this is not for you.
