Some advice if you are considering staying at the Mana Kai Hotel in Kihei, HI: Each room number has a "A" room and a "B" room. The A and B rooms share a common entrance with doors that latch with a thunk loud enough to wake up all occupants in both suites. The common entrance has its own light switch... more

We stayed in unit #212 March 2008 and loved it. We booked the full 2B/2B unit through VRBO. It was beautifully decorated. There were beach toys in the closet and plenty of room. You can't beat the view and saw whales from our lanai. You can not beat the walk to the beach. We would not ever consider another place! more

We stayed here for 3 days after coming from the Big Island. The location was incredible. Right on one of the best beaches in Maui. You could walk for almost a mile.
