if you like street noise, a grumpy on site manager, dirty common areas, a business center from the stone age(it was free though), a remote management company for this unit(304) Alii Resorts, that struggles to provide decent service but fails to deliver, then this is the place for you!

We had unit 206. It is right on the ocean. Great location, unit has been updated and is so nice. Granite counter tops, flat screens, new bedding and furniture. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. This is a great unit and location.

This was our third trip to Kihei and first to Kamaole Nalu. We will definitely stay in this complex on our next trip, and will try for Unit 301.
